Very good service, great breakfast.

We were lucky to have a huge comfortable room with views of Etna from the balcony. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was very central. Wished we were staying for more than one night

The staff were very welcoming. There was a problem with the cleanliness of the toilet which was very quickly rectified. Staircase was a little dirty but rooms were lovely and spacious. Would recommend.

Comfy, super friendly and accommodating staff, easy 10-15 min walk from the train station and the same to the city center. Great AC in the room as well!

When we arrived. They area seemed lack luster. In the end it was a great location. They staff was great and over accomidating! Room was wonderful

Lucas who checked me in was excellent. When my airco was not cooling he came immediately to sort it out. followed up with a phone call and offered to change my room if necessary. the airco worked súper well that i had to switch it off. so grateful for him going out of his way. The bed was comfortable and i slept in. the breakfast buffet was very good and unexpected as did not remember it being included. the only negative thing i would say regarding the room is that the bathroom floor is treacherous when wet and an accident waiting to happen. It would have been nice to have a pen and some paper to write with and some tissue papers is always good. Also a complimentary bottle of water would be a nice touch at not a great cost

We arrived very early before check-in after an overnight flight. Paula was so kind and let us have our room early. She insisted on carrying my suitcase up the stairs although I am capable. The bed & room was comfortable. Breakfast was included and wonderful. I am hoping to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel. Close to the Catania airport. The traffic getting there was a little hectic but once we arrived, we were welcome by friendly staff and a great stay.

It is a 12 minute drive to airport and 10 minute walk to the main square. Great location. It had everything we needed, especially air conditioning!. There is also parking available too. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Such a friendly well run boutique hotel Easily walkable to Duomo & surrounding areas The breakfast was one of the best I have had Featured many home made sweet & savoury tarts & great to see a toaster( not very common in Italian breakfast buffets) Thoroughly recommend this hotel
