Room was smelling to urin. It is Not good if you accept dogs in rooms with a tapestry. Had to pay for Tourist tax 4 Euro!!!! On site of the town should it be Euro 1,75

It’s convenient

Property clean, staff friendly, food good, lovely hot shower. Road noise early morning even with windows closed, but hotel is on a main road so should be expected.

Worst place ever, stinky, unclean bed sheets

There is no 24 - hour desk, so I turned up at 2 pm just to pick up te key (room was paid for). Was not possible, but they ' would sent me a mail how to get in after 10 pm'. At 4.30 pm still no mail, so I started calling. Ater 6 calls still no mail (and by then my dinnerparty was starting). Was afraid I had nowhere to sleep, so I got my car out of the garage (breaking my fixed rate) and drove up there. (10 min by car). When I came in I heard ' it was just sent'. But when I opened my mail it turned out there were no entry instructions. They wanted a 100 euro deposit. Gave them the deposit after waiting about 20 minutes and drove back to my dinner party. I was furious, lost more that 1 hour and needed to engage in a new fixed amount for my car. But had I not done this, i had to sleep in my car...

Late checkin was very complicated. Managed with lot of effort. Hotel.com concierge also was not of any help. The double bed in room was too small. Very hard to sleep.

Amazing breakfast buffet

Room was given to someone else were being given room with double bed this was inappropriate for me and my adult son. Hotel and restaurant busy, not much staff. Offered studio on top floor. Views great, but two flights of stairs with no lighting, dangerous not able to see steps. Room had no toilletries, tea/coffee maker, fridge had dirty plate and meat inside plus not mentioning what was in the bin in the bathroom! I was endlessly going up and downstairs asking for this and that with not much joy, being presented with a person who was agitated and to busy to accommodate. I am now awaiting an apology from the hotel. I can understand they were busy but all I needed was a restful evening not a stressful one!

Wonderful staff, comfortable spacious room and clean. Food was perfect in the restaurant and breakfast was a great selection. You cook your own omelette/eggs and bacon, also there's a waffle maker! Yum!

Pleasant experience all round, bit of a wait in restaurant even though we were pre booked but they were extremely busy with outside trade as well as hotel guests.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay, easy access .

Interior of our room quite spacious but let down by decor being a bit tired , crack in bathroom sink and shower rose not long enough etc , area nice and close to river Moselle . Evening meal ok bit spoiled by managers shirt covered in sweat and indifferent attitude to our presence otherwise ok

I stayed at this hotel for business and it was dirty and the shower plug did not work despite asking for a second room, It was the same. Even after checking out after a few hours I was still charged for 2 nights despite my protest! I still look to be refunded for this but it seems they do not care.

I booked a double room for just myself and when I went to the room the heating pipes were banging so I asked for another room. The only other rooms were twins which I had to take but the pipes were banging all night there too. The shower was in the bath with a small screen and the shower head was so blocked it was coming out all round, spraying everywhere but me resulting in a flooded bathroom. Expensive restaurant.

Hotel was used for 'rental by the hour' for 'nightly activities'. Management know this, but still rent out rooms next to 'regular travelers. When you can't get to sleep until 2.30 when your the users of the next room are busy, it is not ideal. Rooms at front also suffer from road noise, as it is 20 yards from main road. Otherwise, nice, clean and very cheap accommodation. Breakfast ok, but a 10 Euro breakfast costs 12, as they add local taxes, even though there is no explanation. Entry to drive is VERY steep, so take care.
