Everyone was so nice & welcoming. The room was great & the breakfast was amazing!

Great place. The room was spacious and opulent. The staff and chef were very helpful. The only drawback, and it was mostly my fault, was finding the road that led to the hotel late at night.

The story of this amazing home goes back to the 1500. Many beautiful details at the same time sad to see the grounds are not looked after. Even winter grounds could be magnificent with proper care. The building itself needs lots of maintenance and the rooms need some updating, but the experience was great. We met beautiful people and that was priceless. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were extremely nice. Happy New Year, Happy 2025

Lovely quiet location. Great breakfast!

Although we were here in end of September I felt that the property conditions could have been much better and our experience with dining in the hotel was disappointing for the price. I think in summer this place would glow but it came up a little short for us unfortunately.

Beautiful historical building in location with fabulous views. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were not open. There was a poolside snack bar where the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However sitting in this beautiful place drinking wine out of a plastic cup doesn’t suit the atmosphere.

The hotel was an historic property and very beautiful. The road up to the hotel was narrow and often you couldn’t see around the corners. The room was spacious but the bed very firm.

This is a beautiful villa in a country setting but close to town. Unfortunately I visited in May before the pool was open and the restaurant was open for regular hours. That said, the staff were wonderful and allowed me access to the restaurant during a private event.

After having been on the road for 8 days, where we had stayed in some very nice hotels, we arrived at Villa Potenziani in awe. The road up the mountainside indicated we would be impressed, going through the gates indicated something grand, and arriving in the parking lot delighted us. Once inside our room, we giggled at the grandeur. The room was spacious, quiet, overlooking the grounds and surrounding hills. The bathroom is spectacular, large double sinks, marble everywhere, a window, and delightful shower/bath. The staff was warm and welcoming, the accommodations more than expected, the drive to the old town minutes away, and the grounds restful and beautiful. A highlight for us, and we will return and recommend.

Like a stay in a Palace up in a hill. Staff excellent. Room spacious and well laid-out. Bed very good. Quiet. Breakfast good. Free parking. Not walkable to city center A/C wasn't working / only heat. Mini fridge wasn't working..

Purtroppo cimici in stanza

Una bellissima Villa fin de siècle con camere spaziose, arredate finemente, molto comode e pulite, ad un prezzo incredibile. Accoglienza top con personale sempre gentile, disponibile, molto competente e professionale, sia alla reception che nella ristorazione. La struttura è accessibile anche agli animali, anche nei loro confronti gentilezza e flessibilità sono assicurate. Peccato che il ristorante sia aperto solo in alcuni giorni.

Bellissima struttura d'epoca, immersa nel verde, ma, proprio per questo, isolata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza ben tenuta, con un grande bagno. Buona colazione.
