Wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel in a a Great Location. Almost a 5-Star Property

It was in a reasonable area within easy walking distance of the old town etc. Pleasant and helpful staff. Parking expensive (18€/day) and car park very tight. Buffet b'fast 12€, but excellent panadaria just over the road. Room & shower over bath okay, but mattress very hard. Room safe very complicated to use.

This hotel is within easy walking distance of Salamanca's railway station and on the edge of the historic centre - a ten minute walk takes you to the university area and another five minutes to the cathedral. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The decor in the front hall is a bit pretentious to my taste but that's a minor quibble.

The hotel is well located in Salamanca and walking distance to most sights. The staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. The bed was quite firm and whilst some people prefer that, I found it too uncomfortable for me.

Some people wrote bad reviews is not true ! We like this hotel . Parking is small but even good enough for my Range Rover . Will come back staff excellent well done !

Great location,helpful staff,lovely room, shower and bed also a good breakfast. Recommended.

The only problem was I wasn’t told there was a huge parking fee. When I went to leave they tried to charge me but I refused to pay because I wasn’t told before hand. Other than that great place to stay very central and great service.

The room was very clean, it looks like the hall and room were just rehabbed. Beds were good. Location is a 7-8 minute walk to the old town Plaza Mayor. Many restaurants, shopping, people watching. Hotel has parking for a fee and breakfast for a fee.

Somewhat stuffy hotel but good location for historic center, train and bus stations. Several restaurants within easy reach. Breakfast has a lot of variety but the best thing about it is the fresh fruit. Thermostat didn't work for heat which only came out of the bathroom radiator.

Es una hotel muy lindo y con muy buena ubicación. Sin embargo el Servicio al Cliente deja mucho que desear. Algo que con seguridad pueden mejorar. El aire acondicionado es central lo que no te permite controlar la temperatura en tu habitacion. Pienso que esta última informacion deberia comunicarse a los huespedes antes de reservar.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago. The Hotel has undergone an update. The room had a lot of charming decorations. It was very clean, the bed was good, breakfast for a fee. Located in an excellent area for acess to the old town.

Wow! Everything about this hotel was terrific. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The room was nice, the wifi worked well, and the bathroom was huge compared to most places we'd stayed. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor, with many sites to see in between. I would rebook this place without a second thought, it was that great.

Nice and comfortable hotel very close to the city center, restaurants. Parking cost was rather high and unexpected. Salamanca is a beautiful city and well worth the trip

Great location of hotel in city center. The hotel has a very classy, stylish interior in the lobby and rooms. Really liked it. Breakfast fast very nicely presented and tasty.
