Superb place very friendly staff great location amazing rooms

We booked a superior twin for extra room but the room was above a garage door on rollers used frequently from 7am onwards which was very noisy and woke us every morning and during the day if we tried to nap. The hotel also only serves braakfast so no dinner available. Pity because the hotel was lovely, location ideal and staff nice.

Wonderful staff, owner, and hotel

Staff was great. At first the room appears charming and luxurious. But: floors were creaking very loud, the toilet had no door and when flushing it seems to fall apart. Bed was soft and basic, pillows second or inn grade. WiFi was spotty and slow. No coffee or tea in the room and tv was a small monitor. An insect was buzzing at the light. All the beautiful furniture seems to have to purpose other than decorative. It was quiet outside and the location was great.

The entire team was wonderful, friendly, courteous and so very helpful during my stay. I truly look forward to returning in the future! Thank you again!!

Outstanding hotel within walking distance of centre of Baden Baden. Belle Epoque is a very appropriate name. Our stay felt like a step back in time. Pure luxury. Welcoming & attentive staff

The Belle Epoque is a very good hotel very close to the Lichtentaler Allee, the Gönneranlagen rose garden (note, this is not the Rosenneuheiten garden), the Brenner Parkhotel and the town museum, and not far from the Kurhaus, town centre and Friedrichsbad and Caracalla baths. The rooms are very attractive and the service is excellent. There is a very pretty garden, and one can have breakfast on the terrace as well as in the beautiful dining room. Although not an old hotel, I concluded that the Belle Epoque was probably closer in feel to a period hotel than the actual old hotels I visited or saw from the outside. Excellent.

Beautiful hotel with great service and comfortable beds. However, the shower was very small and slippery, had to be very careful.

We return here as often as possible. Wonderful all around. The staff is fabulous and the Manager, Mike goes out of his way to make your stay the best ever.

We loved our stay here. We had the most spacious room in all of our travel in Europe. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and the breakfast was top-notch. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff.

What a beautiful hotel! The automatic door makes you feel like royalty as you enter and the staff could not be more gracious. The gardens and surrounding area are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food. The hotel and staff were restorative as we were in the middle of a long trip.

Service and staff were excellent. Old style hotel with no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up some steep stairs. Breakfast was wonderful and the garden was so beautiful. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was top tier from check in to check out! Ivan was an exceptional host as were all his colleagues. This was customer service at its finest!
