Highlight of our stay in Chamonix wonderful place. Nice hot tub. Incredible dining at the chefs dinner. Great place.

Excellent hotel, nice and clean. Staff were attentiveness, provided extras (nice little treat) when purchasing. Spa is open from 9am-9pm which again was good after a days walking the hills. Great location, right in the centre of Chamonix The street can be loud, (UTMB was being held the week we were there) however we were provided with ear plugs. Highly recommended a Mountain View, just stunning

Very nice hotel great location. However I booked a brevant view room that was on the noisy Main Street - I’d book a room on other side. Breakfast was not great for 30 euros. But lovely hotel

Great hotel in a nice area with shopping and restaurants nearby. Beautiful room with great view of Mont Blanc. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting.

Elevator did not work during our stay and they could not fixed. Specially problematic being in a third floor.

Lovely view from the room / balcony of Mont Blanc. However, the balcony was tiny - only fit 1 chair, but still nice to have as a solo traveler. Staff was courteous and room was clean.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Great balcony overlooking the river. Would definitely stay here again!

Great service, good spa amazing hot pool. Only downfall was the steam room was working when I first checked but not later, sauna was a fine alternative.

My husband and I stopped at this hotel on the way back to the U.K. from Rome. The help we received from the lady on reception, and especially the Porter, regarding finding parking for our Land Rover and race box was exceptional. The Porter, especially, went above and beyond by leading my husband to a suitable car park and bringing him back to the hotel in the shuttle bus. Outstanding service!!! The previous week at a nearby hotel called Le Refuge the help was non existent. In fact, the hostility was awful. Everything at Grand Hotel was wonderful. Nearby restaurants. Also, the view of Mont Blanc from our room was breathtaking. We didn’t have the time on this trip to fully enjoy the hotel and its surroundings, but we will definitely be back to do just that.

The people were so nice here! We'd just finished the TMB and splurged for a 5 star hotel, we totally enjoyed this place! We used the spa and pool but thought it was weird that the sauna and steam room were only available from 5-9pm, i wish they'd have it open all the time. The hot tub/spa could have been hotter too. We highly recommend starting here.
