Appears that the owners have fallen out of love with this place. Muted engagement from the start and were not made to feel welcome and unhelpful. As long as they got their money attitude. Tried breakfast first day, have to sit outside in a gardenthat needs maintaining. Cold boiled eggs, minimum pastry seems restricted, Luke warm yoghurt, fruit that appeared to have been sitting several days. Coffee was weak and undrinkable. Whole area needed a deep clean. Didn't bother with breakfast for the rest of our stay Fell way below the standard l received from other Italian hotels. Shower leaks as there is no seal at the bottom of the door. No tourist info or emergency contact info. Room needs refreshing and maintenance attention. Expensive and not value for money. Take no notice of their star rating.

The hotel has good garden maintenance, a nice pool, and pleasant architecture, but the rooms are outdated. Its location is relatively close to the center of Sorrento, but the management is terrible. At breakfast, they only offer boiled eggs that have turned green, mushy fruit, yogurt, and stale croissants. In Italy, a country famous for its cheese, they serve only a paper-thin slice of something that barely resembles cheese. If we hadn’t asked, we wouldn’t have even known that milk was available. The bed sheets in the rooms were stained. On our last day, we wanted to use the pool for one hour — first they asked for 15 euros per person, then told us we could only use it until noon, after which we had to leave. They didn’t provide towels. In short, the hotel is poorly managed, not clean enough, and breakfast is severely lacking. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. A completely unprofessional establishment — they even asked why I wrote a review expressing my honest opinions when I was checking out. Truly unacceptable.

Not great bed fine but not great sleep, noises coming from the shower fridge and somewhere else all throughout the night the shower had an half an inch gao at the bottom meaning the water would flow on the the bathroom floor so had to wedge a towl down. The breakfast was lackluster too no meats or cheese even thought one of your review replies said there would be one type of egg watery coffee and limited selection with pastrys for what was paid this is unacceptable

Staff are lovely, Antonio Owner, Maria, who prepares breakfast & works long hours, plus the fantastic & sweet Pool boys, Francesco & another; however the accommodation & grounds really require an update & tender loving care. The doors are very noisy & we had loud neighbours for one of our nights. Road outside & area poor. Easy walk to Ferries, around 15 minutes yet far from best part of Sorrento & Marina Grande. Parking & swimming pool a bonus & pool was a great size & kept clean. Keep your expectations of property low, to avoid disappointment.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful area. Great vibe, lounge with a little bar room. Great breakfast.
