This is a tricky one as there were some parts which were truly amazing and other parts which were really bad! The amazing parts were the location, the service and the breakfast. The rooms were well equipped and had everything we needed as a young family. The staff were very nice and helpful. There was parking which was useful and the location was fantastic. Our daughter loved having a bunk bed in our room. The shower was powerful. The things which were bad could all be fixed/changed, thankfully. The rooms are not noise proof at all- so you can hear every time someone moves a chair or table, which for reasons I don’t quite understand seemed to be happening constantly (above, or either side of us). I feel sorry for our neighbours as our baby still wakes up in the night so might have woken them up. Some of this could be fixed by adding soft ‘feet’ to the furniture perhaps so you can’t hear when people move the chairs? Finally, the beds were really bad (very very hard)- could perhaps look at adding mattress toppers to them (or have some spare if guests ask)? My back was very painful after the stay here. The lift was also broken when we stayed which meant it was quite difficult getting in and out with a buggy (as it was in constant use) but these things happen and I think they were in the process of fixing it when we left. In summary, with a couple of changes the hotel would be fantastic in every way and we really wanted to give a higher rating. It was good value, too.

We arrived early and though we couldn’t check in we could store our bags. We used our time to explore beautiful Biarritz and the shoreline. Though the hope always is that you can check in early it was no problem at all

Room was perfect, plenty amenities which I didn’t capitalise on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot food selection was cold as the machine seemed to be faulty. Breakfast service was not busy but overall an ok selection.

Very friendly bilingual staff, centrally located with great views if you are a few floors up. Rooms are tired but a refurb is underway

Our efficiency suite had a small kitchen and a fabulous balcony overlooking the ocean. Unforgettable. Front desk staff were delightful and very helpful. Parking was appreciated, as we walked everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed renting e-bikes 2 blocks away and exploring the city, lighthouse, beaches, and nearby village.

Quick 1 night stay, would have loved staying longer. Clean, good view, nice staff, great location

Studio propre et bonne literie. Nous sommes venus deux nuits que pour dormir . Le garage est un plus car le stationnement à Biarritz est difficile.

Staff were all excellent and room had everything needed . We were not in main building but small building opposite with fabulous view over the water with only slight noise problem from road slightly offsetting the view. We would definitely stay again but would say that it needs a refurb and a spruce up.

Très bien situé, juste a côte de la plage du port vieux. Le grand large est une bonne adresse avec la vue sur la mer, et la piscine chauffée.

Beautiful location right next to a surfing beach. Have no fears about being on the first floor as every floor has a great view due to the height of the building. As its a residence and not a hotel dont expect daily cleaning but more of a condo feel.

Check in was fast and easy, parking right outside the building, views of the bay from our balcony, easy walk to shops and all manner of cafes. Beach is also an easy walk. Prepare to climb hills, wear comfy shoes.

One Elevator was not working when we were there. Everything else was excellent.

Amazing place! Exceeded our expectations. The apartment was well equipped, in a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the Côte des Basques. Would return in a heart beat. We are a family of four, who were interrailing from the UK. This location provided us with all we hoped from Biarritz, and more xxx

Rude staff. No bins anywhere: car park, pool area or lobby.

We arrived in the afternoon and got a room in a connecting building. It turned out thet there was no AC ant outside there was heavy traffic until late at night. In other words, impoosible to fall asleep which we eventually did around 5 am. I don´t know if the rooms in the main building are different.
