Great hotel, defiantly feels like you’re in the Manhattan part of town. The area was just way too busy for us but it was nice to be a block from El Retiro. Although, I will say other smaller parks felt better for our toddler. The restaurant is excellent and beautiful.

We arrived earlier than our check-in allowed and the staff was still super accommodating. They stored our luggage for us and helped us book reservations for meals while we waited for our room to be available.

The room was very spacious, very clean and quiet ! The staff was very friendly and helpful, as always ! Daily coffee and water supplies included with the room were very convenient ! The hotel is in an exceptional location in a very quiet street !

Great location, but the hotel is really not nice, in need of a remodel. We were there only for one night so we managed , but definitely not choosing it in the future

Customer service was great. It has a restaurant in the property with amazing dining options. Rooms are clean and big
