Super clean and modern hotel. Staff are 100%. Extra 8-9 euros to park your car and amazing breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming and had great suggestions for local restaurants. We also greatly appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a safe storage area in the hotel after check-out while we explored the city before our flight. I would absolutely stay here again!

The view was superbe and the streets around were ideal for morning walks.

We stayed one night at Monte Cristo's before going onto the ferry to the mainland. It's very nice hotel, clean, modern room with a save parking space for the car. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We just like it!

Everything was good, easy parking, good breakfast, dining option and staff very attentive. The only thing I did not like was the air conditioner was not functioning, even after I changed rooms. Centralized setting of 22 degrees Celsius, but inside the room it was 26.

I would consider this a North American friendly experience, as the name Best Western should. Each staff member I interacted with spoke amazing English and were happy to help.

The hotel rooms were lovely and service excellent. We arrived in Bastia on a ferry with no car so please note its quite a walk from the ferry with luggage. Overall I would highly recommend

Simply fantastic - very clean, very comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and affordable. The staff is very polite and attentive. Parking at the garage was great. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bastia, especially if your ferry arrives late or leaving early - it's just 5 mins drive from the port. There is also a supermarket just 8 mins walking away and some shops like pharmacy and patisserie. Will stay again!

Miss Crystal at reception was overwhelmed with a large group they were expecting, no one else mattered.

Great place to stay in Bastia. Short walk to the centre. Hotel is lovely and modern, clean, with very helpful staff. Room was very big and had all we needed including a kettle. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special.

Check in person was outstanding and super helpful. Our server for dinner was wonderful too. The room was much nicer than anticipated, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent hotel Great breakfast super

They claim to speak English but they have problems understanding. Also give out poor directions. They are not any help regarding bus or tours. I don’t know what is their purpose besides just checking in people. This does not give me the encouragement to recommend this hotel to my French friends. I had to change my key card THREE times since it stopped working. It was quite annoying and a hassle to wait for them to fix it.

New hotel. Nice rooms on the outskirts of town. A 20 minutes walk to the center. All rooms seems to face the street or a parking lot so couldn't open the windows at night.
