Decent hotel , okay location however on the last evening my partner had her earrings in a small bag insider her makeup bag. She had changed them before we went out. When we came back and the room had be cleaned the small bag was not there. Be careful, use the safe.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a tube station and walking distance from Santiago Bernabeu, which was the main reason of our trip. I thought that the Services were quite poor - I can’t understand how and why they dont offer room slippers in standard rooms! No toilet brush either… it felt they were trying to save money from things which I consider absolutely essential in a 4* hotel

Well located close to Metro subway, professional staff and welcome gift given at check in.

Staff were nice. Room, especially the view, was wonderful l the bed was comfortable. A lounge would have been nice, as well as a gym.

It’s an excellent option! Friendly staff, comfortable and big rooms with an extra touch of luxury. Metro is few steps away, dining options all around. Definitely I will stay here again.

Nice, modern property, friendly and helpful staff, location is good, 24hr supermarket and other shops close by, located in a very vibrant and bustling neighbourhood, metro station nearby which takes you into Madrid centre in 10 mins.

A very nice hotel that is really close to the metro. There’s also a supermarket close by and some fast food options. It was really easy to get into the heart of Madrid and to get to the Bernabéu for the footy. Would stay here again, and definitely worth considering!

Excelente hotel!! Vengo muy seguido a Madrid por trabajo y a lo largo de los años me he quedado en distintos hoteles, pero este sin duda es el balance perfecto entre atención al huésped, comodidad y practicabilidad de las habitaciones. La cama y almohada son muy cómodas, la habitación espaciosa y muy oscura, lo cual la hace perfecta para descansar. El hotel brinda todo lo que uno puede necesitar durante la estadía y la ubicación es 10/10. Súper recomendado!!!
