The first room we checked was old and stuffy, but we asked if they had a better room. He showed us a flat with a balcony and we had the floor to ourselves with added cost. The deck on the roof had an amazing view of the wharf. There were plenty of options for dining just outside the building.

The property is adjacent to a small marina. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The view from the roof deck is beautiful. The window in the room was on an airshaft.

Exceeded our expectations! Right in the heart of Sferracavallo, our suite had a private balcony overlooking the bay. The room was very spacious and updated, with a separate kitchen/hall/bathroom with a washing machine. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked perfectly, for the warm Sicilian summer. Everything that you need is within walking distance (markets, restaurants, bars). The train station to the center of Palermo is about a 10 minute walk, with about a 15 minute train ride (use the Trenitalia app to buy tickets and look up schedules) . The price was super affordable for the amazing accommodations we received! Highly recommend!

It was nice that they had a secure parking area otherwise there would be nowhere to park.

Overall of the property was average. But!!! The people in town they were just so so friendly to tourists! Especially the owner of Royal burger, staffs and their regular customers! Very very nice people! Will be back! Looking forward to seeing you guys again! Thank you all!

By the water but no real view. Call to be sure they know when you are ghoing to check in as not allways in the office.

Stayed here in March before the summer "season" and literally had the place to ourselves. Located right on the main street of Sferracavallo, our two bedroom suite was bright and clean. Front bedroom faced the main street; second bedroom was an interior room that could be closed off with a pocket door; kitchen/dining/living room area faced a bright interior courtyard. Large bathroom. Not the softest bed linens. Mattress a little soggy. And the pillows where so thin you could read through them. Not luxurious but clean. The hotel has a beautiful public terrace on the top floor that faces the beach. This is a bustling suburb/beach community with a long beachfront park. The main street has every shop you would need -- from bakeries to fruit markets to restaurants. Two buses go to central Palermo (35-40 minutes away) frequently during the day. (Less frequently if you come back late at night.) Be prepared to pay in cash. And have a pleasant visit with real Sicilians.

We had to cut our stay short because we did not know until we arrived they did not accept credit cards. We paid for our room but did not have a lot of cash to take any tours. I booked thru Expedia and this was never mentioned. The hotel was very clean and close to a number of places to eat. There is a small beach near by . We had a beautiful view from our room and the manager was very cordial.

Be aware, of what time you will check in ,arrive at what time you say you will, if you take the cheaper room that is what you definitely get, , all inclusions are in the larger rooms only. No reception that I am aware of., saw only one person who worked there, the manager, who reluctantly checked us in because he was at lunch.

Nice location and friendly staff. We were able to use their bicycles to explore the area although they were a bit beat up and needed brakes and a tune up. Room was big and lobby was nice. Really nice breakfast and they fed us before our very early departure.

Magnifique terrasse commune avec vu sur la mer bleue, accompagné du soleil ! Petit logement suffisant pour juste dormir et faire sa toilette (frigo petit format disponible mais pas de micro-onde). Logement très bien placé à proximité des commerces. Parfois quelques perturbations rencontrées avec le voisinage du dessus mais rarement dérangeant (musique). En globalité très bien.

It was so clean, cozy, comfortable

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber bis auf das Geschirr, dieses ich vor Benutzung nochmals waschen musste. Wer ein Zimmer ein wenig aussehalb von Parlermo sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Man benötigt 35-40min mit dem Zug bis man im Zentrum von Plaermo ist.

L'appartement Vue sur mer se situe au dessus des extracteurs d'air des cuisines des 5 restaurants de l'esplanade, d'une boulangerie et d'un snack... l'odeur de graillons est permanente sur la terrasse ! Tous les soirs l'esplanade s'anime de camelots, de musique puissante et d'excellents restaurants de poissons frais, c'est très vivant, et la vue sur la mer est magnifique ! Si l'idée est de faire la fête, vous êtes au bon endroit Si l'idée est de vous reposer, essayez hors saison

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso questa strutturata che si presenta in un contesto poco tranquillo ma vicino ai principali locali, bar, ristoranti. La camera era un po' impolverata e il frigo era spento. Il bagno non era provvisto di kit di saponi di saponi (presente uno shampoo e un gel doccia x2 pp). Esperienza tutto sommato buona, comodo il servizio checkin/checkout automatico.

La struttura è una piacevole scoperta.stanza pulita e check in e check out tutto virtuale. Per il resto nulla da segnalare.ci tornerei.

Nice place, But make sure you have an apartment with terrace and se view. Centrally located in Sferracavallo, close to restaurants, shops, bakery and a small beach.
