The location was perfect. However, the hotel was more like a bed and breakfast. The room was clean and made up daily but amenities were scarce. Overall an ok experience but overpriced.

We had a lovely welcome and a very clean, comfortable room. The owners were friendly, helpful and courteous and breakfast on the roof terrace was magical. Basic breakfast but quite adequate with fruit and the usual breakfast items. Would certainly recommend to others. Wonderful restaurants close by and the harbour was full of life. A great place to base yourself and explore the area.

Room a bit spartan but clean and relatively large; quiet; breakfast buffet one of the best we had; it included fresh ricotta in little baskets along with good espresso, fruit, salumi, tarts, breads, etc. They sell wine as well, and we bought a nice Cerasuolo di Vittoria. Best event was driving down to Scicli in the evening and enjoying the passeggiata.

Staff was friendly and provided us with everything we needed. Location was good and our room had a partial sea view with a balcony.

The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. We had a bit of trouble finding it, but our Tom Tom was useless. Great restaurant just steps away and easy drive to airport in Palermo if you have an early flight the next morning.

Location is convenient. Staff is friendly and attentive.

We recently spent almost a week at La Piazzetta. It is a very pleasant hotel. The staff were very helpful and charming and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel was very central and close to the sea-front. Unfortunately, we had not realised in advance that out of season the town was almost closed down, although the weather was still pleasantly warm. Tours were unavailable. Many restaurants were closed as were quite a number of shops. Every afternoon the entire town closed down for a siesta from 14.00-16.30. Public transport was most irregular and not very accessible from our location. No doubt in the summer it is a lively spot. We moved on to Palermo before the end of our booked stay where everything was fully operational and the city was most interesting and lively. Our advice: Stay away from sea-side resorts out of season and head for the city.

This hotel is in an excellent location. just two blocks from the sea. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean, only problem was the shower (no tub) was small. Typical italian breakfast. The town was very nice, lots of places to eat. I would stay here again for sure.

It was a good hotel with big rooms. Only negative was it was super hard to find parking for our car nearby on a Saturday night.
