Beautiful hotel in the center, easy walking to all the sights and restaurants. Only complaint was that for a 5 star hotel we were not offered assistance with our bags and there was no nightly turn down service. Music in the breakfast area/ lobby was too loud.

We stayed at the Eugenia de Montijo Hotel in Toledo, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. This beautiful 40-room boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were very nice and courteous. The speak Spanish and English. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and spotless.

Great hotel and location. Bar at the lobby is very charming and elegant, drinks were very good. Stáff for the breakfast was insuficient for all the tables and the service was not good.

Beautiful hotel

Good location. Close by convenient parking. 18euro per 24 hours. Large room. Chose it for reviews about excellent staff. Was disappointed. No one was there at the front desk when we went to check-in. The phone was ringing and ringing. Eventually we flagged someone down. She was fine, not apologetic but okay. Next morning front desk reception person was super friendly, warm, genuine, and helpful. For the price, double other hotels, will look elsewhere next time.

Located on a a very hilly part of Toledo, this hotel was stunning. It was extremely clean, air conditioning was perfect given the hot July temps, and the rooms were very spacious! The staff could’ve been friendlier but we still enjoyed our stay as a family. Would definitely return!
