it was first class , my wife and one year old daughter could not fault the hospitality

Everything was lovely, the only downside was that the bed was very hard. For those who like N extra firm mattress though, this would not be a problem. We prefer softer, but it was fine for one night.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Venice. Lovely balcony to sit and have a quiet drink overlooking the canal.

It is a very nice place with nice staff. Despite the craziness of Venice around it is quiet and calm. Conveniently located close to Rialto water bus also which no one tell you.

I had some issues with a non associated service company on check-in and the reception staff were very accommodating and helpful in that situation. A definite plus! Located on busy San Marco street, lots of shopping and dining options. Easy walking distance from the water taxi port.

Great location, easy access to everything. However, there is NO free parking on or off-site, as Expedia reservations shows free parking as a perk.

We were impressed by the warm welcome we received and the helpfulness of the staff. It was totally worth it to book rooms overlooking the canal. It was lovely to be able to watch the gondola traffic go by at certain points during the day.

We loved everything about this hotel, clean, comfortable, awesome air conditioning in the rooms.

Excellent central location with a few minute walk to St Marks Basolica or Rialto Bridge. Rooms are in good condition with the expected amenities. Good breakfast range and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, there were many options at breakfast from fresh fruit to cereal. We were staying with a 7 month old and they provided us with a travel cot and baby chair for breakfast. Not really a complaint but the bed was pretty hard and we did have to ask for a top up of the tea / coffee / milk in our room as they do give bare minimum, but other than that it was a perfect stay, they booked us a water taxi for returning to Marco Polo airport free of charge and one of the staff members showed us the way to Rialto and helped with our luggage, thanks so much!! Highly recommend.

Reception is not polite or helpful and breakfast dinning servers makes the small food area not enjoyable, its self serving they don’t need to stand around and monitor, there attitude is not welcoming as well.

Staff was very helpful. Great location. Walkable to shopping/dining/canal/etc.

Very friendly staff. Pretty hotel and large room. A tiny view of a canal from our suite. A little bit noisy and quite a walk from the train station. Took us about 1/2 hour and many bridge crossings/stairs.
