This hotel is on a great location and has some pros and cons. Pros; Location and staf is excellent. Its clean has good breakfast its a nice and a bit quirky building. Cons: its not build for people above 175cm 😁 so, for Northern European people, the beds are 20cm too short and rock hard, the shower is ridiculous low, The toilet area was so narrow I almost got stuck and hit my head. We had a great time, but with some bruises 🤭

The bed is very old and makes noise whenever you move. To adjust the air conditioning temperature, you have to contact the reception. The electrical sockets are unsafe — when I tried to plug in my phone charger, it sparked. Overall, the rooms need renovation and modernization. Rude receptionist

The service was great, the man at the reception let us leave our belongings for extra time since we were in the city for longer than our booking. The room itself was OK, for 4 people, 2 of the beds seemed like makeshift couches turned into OK beds. The hotel itself is located right at the center of the city, almost right on Plaza Mayor, which is great for visiting.

What a great place to stay! Right next to the Plaza Mayor and on the main street to the aqueduct. Wonderfully clean rooms, with nice firm beds. Great front desk staff. We did the spa, which is discounted for guests. It's pretty inexpensive, but we really only liked the sauna, the hot jet room, and the hot chair and bed. The jacuzzi pool was just luke warm. We had the 7 pm reservation (you need a reservation) and it was nice and quiet, but it got busier by 7:30 and 8 pm, and it is pretty small. Worth the EUR 27 each splurge for 80 minutes, but only the once.
