small, nondescript rooms. beds were not comfortable. not much to do around. hotel was clean and the people were nice.

Was ok. Hotel now a bit dated. No bar or restaurant open in the evening, just a badly stocked vending machine. I ended up walking round to the Ibis next door for a drink at the bar there and they seemed friendly enough.

Poor quality beds, uncomfortable pillows, only one small bottle of water, gym and pool close at 10:00pm and only open at 8:00 am Location is very far from Geneva airport and in the early morning you are stuck on heavy rush hour commute traffic...bottom line -do not stay there if you have early flight to catch - two buses to get from hotel to airport - no shuttles...a debacle

No restaurant, no bar; locaqted in the middle of nowhere and lots of early traffic jams: 35mn for 4,5km; I met only two other customers though it is a big one, so guess most people choose the Ibis nearby! The romm was so hot, I had to open the window in winter!

I booked to stay here while working in Geneva. A few things were disappointing: 1. Accessing the hotel on public transport is not easy. It is quite remote and took 3 changes of bus over 90 min to get to work. I wouldn't mind but using "Geneve" in the name implies better access. 2. The pool doesn't open till 8am (so not convenient for pre-work workouts) and it is tiny (6 strokes from one end to the other). The "gym" is just three cardio machines. The sauna was not very warm. There are no lockers. Best to return to your room in a towel and change there. 3. After getting to the hotel, I had to walk back 15 minutes on badly lit roads to the nearest restaurant. If the hotel had one, it wasn't open.

Very poor. No bar or restaurant facilities. Had to walk over a mile to find the nearest and cost over £100 for the privilege ! Spend more money and avoid expensive shocks! 🙈

Great staff, helpful and friendly, a bit out of the way but nice and quiet, good breakfast, no A/C in room, generally a nice facility.

It was funcrional and clean but I booked through Hotels.com at the very last minute and deliberately searched hotels with restaurants. When we arrived. We checked in AND THEN we were told that the restaurant was closed! We had been on the road for 12 hours and had to drive almost 10km to a restaurant. Then, in the room was ONE sachet of milk - I asked at reception for more and they gave me just 2 more - one drink requires at least 4! My husband and I had to share a coffee! The room was clean and there was secure parking and a pool - breakfast was an additional €17 Euro EACH - we did not eat there and bought a perfectly good breakfast elsewhere for €10 for two people! We regularly stay at Best Western but this didn’t come up to the usual standard.

Our stay was very nice.

Very disappointed with a four star charging nearly 100 euro and getting plastic and paper cups in the room. No toiletries only generic on the wall. One tea bag. Very poor. Premier Inn the next night half the price with porcelain mugs and glasses.

To recommend to Friends! Close to Genève and Mont Salève!

I figured I couldn't go wrong with this one, but I was wrong. End of September, not very warm outside, but room temperature on arrival was incredibly high. Airco was only blowing in hot air, on Cool setting. Opening the windows let in the noise from the Motorway. Room was dusty and the smell of mould was obvious. Second night, some rappers were celebrating on the 2nd floor, so lots of doors opening, closing, music, loud talking etcetera. Asked for different room, so once again, hot room, mouldy, etc. jus t not a clean hotel, not up to standards and poor quality/cost ratio. Never again.

Very much a business hotel. Staff could have been a bit more helpful in how to get access to Geneva.

Inconvenient location, when I looking Geneva airport hotel, didn't realize that's on Frances, that was a lot of troubles Can't believe receptioniest only speaks Frances not English, don't have currency change, even don't have ATM machine, we will not come back again
