Over all experience has been excellent.

Clean and modern hotel close to the outlets. Got the room upgrade with the VIP, and it was a nice room, however the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Center City walk 2min.

Booked a room with VIP Platinum status, got a room in which you enter through bathroom (literally, door opens to a sink, shower is on the right from the door). Bed is so small that my spouse and me could barely fit. There is no closet, just a bar with hangers behind the tv (!?) Very unVIP experience. Amazing location for shopping in Metzingen though.

Checked in on Sunday, no restaurant or food or beverage service available. Did online check in but still had to go through check in procedure upon arrival. Rooms are very small, nothing special, view at wall to another building.

Warning!!! Please read the check in policy of this property. Expedia will let you book the property and if you are checking in after business hours you will not be able to check in. There will be no one staffing the Hotel after business hours. Hotel will not refund your stay. The customer service after our experience was also a great disappointment. Not recommended for last minute bookings.

Staff is excellent and the location of the hotel is walking distance to the shopping area. The hotel is charming with lots of unique decor and restaurants are superb!

The usual pleasant stay but I’m not sure if they did some upgrading to the rooms during the last two years. The glass sliding door and the tiny bathroom was really something we are not comfortable with at all. Service was good as before. Free parking was available when we were there.

Had a great stay. The hotel is just a stone throw from the main shopping strip. One of the best bunch of staffs I have come across. Always smiling and very welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.

Very close to the outlets. Clean and tidy in the room. However not spacious at all considering the room rate. Also the breakfast not pricerite.

The food at the restaurant below the hotel is amazing. The hotel is clean. Near to amenities and temperature is warm enough in the room as it was winter that we were there and outside was near 1degree Celsius. Overall stay was pleasant for the price we paid. If you drive, there are sufficient parking as well.

WThe room was spacious, cosy, clean and came with a high ceiling which was very nice. The location was also excellent as the Metzingen outlets were within walking distance nearby. We enjoyed our 1 night stay there.

Property was v good. Rooms were basic but good. Service and food were excellent.

Located close to all the shopping and activities. Clean room and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and knew English. The bar was nice to visit at night. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again if I came back to the area.

This was our worst night ever staying in a hotel. The hotel is approximately 20 feet from a church. The church rings it's bells every 15 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. We weren't able to get any sleep. When we mentioned it to the desk teller, her answer was "Oh, yeah, church bells always ringing" and then she smiled at us like it was nothing.

Convenient to outlets. Spacious and clean rooms. Would stay again. Parking pricing a bit expensive given that the outlet costs less for the day. Better to park on street later in the evening.
