The hotel is about to leave and still accepts guests. I've never been to a hotel like this. Terribly boring service

Everything was okay, only the staff were bad. Talking impolite and not enthusiastic to the guests at all. Guys, your boys always say they want to devour people. Very underground lake. Did not like the service attitude. Furniture is not carried on behalf of guests that bully people. Generally frustrating :(

I got family room. The room is relatively clean but the room does not have slippers in the house (right down to ask for two pairs of sandals while walking 4 people), no comb comb, air conditioning is quite weak, not cool all room . I want to borrow the iron to iron also. First time borrowing, the staff used other newspapers, I have room to use the room to bring it to my room. Housekeeping that so many mosquitoes, dirty. no shower. wet blanket. very unclean, have to check out because can not stay.

I was arranged in a roof small room at level 5 in the back building. I suggested to change to a room in the lower floor because it is the second time for me to be arranged in that level in this hotel. The receptionist said the hotel is full now, but they suggested me a family room in the lower level if I paid more. I stayed alone for one night so I didn't think I need to pay more. I had to go up the level 5 on foot because the hotel hasn't got an elevator. The room is small with old facilities in the bathroom. The water tap is very old with rust surface. The bathroom have another old door that seems next to a roof storage. I had to check that door very carefully before having a bath. The frigde is very old and when I opened it, its door falled down. No direction for me to have a WiFi password or the receptionist phone number on the landline phone in the room. The breakfast including the room booking is poor choice. I don't think I will choose this hotel for my next stay in Hanoi. if I will pay more. I had to clime to the room on foot because the hotel doesn't have an ele
