Clean overall, bed was uncomfortable, but other than that the hotel was fine.

Very nice hotel, the food was good. The staff did their best, but there was a shortage of staff, so things didn't run smoothly. Nevertheless, it was a great stay.

Outdated, out of the way location! Shower flooded the bathroom and room! Staff was excellent but weird to see staff smoking at the front entrance! Beds were comfortable! A/c worked great! No shoppette to purchase water or snacks! Beer and food were good!

Although the hotel on arrival has a lovely exterior, reception and restaurant the room needs updating. The towels were worn but the bedding was lovely. The tea tray was good but the kettle needed descaling and washing

Easy access to car park and reception, wellness centee, pools, very professional and helpful staff. Turned up 8.30pm, room clean, restaurant staffed well, excellent stopover.

Super amazing staff. Rooms are a bit worn out. The heated pool and other wellness services made ALL the différence. Definitely going back.

Old and tired, hasn’t changed since last visit 10 years ago.

Nice SUPER helpful staff Basic Room. No frills, which is fine... ...but the Restaurant (which used to be excellent) is now to be avoided. The quality of food on offer is now very poor. 3 out of 10 (now) 9 out of 10 (3 years ago)

The property is a little ware worn but clean & comfortable. Staff & restaurant were excellent.

The hotel is tired and run down. Poor noise insulation from the corridor and other rooms. The condition of the property was not reflected in the price.

Ideally you need a car to access this hotel.

Room was big, spacious and clean. But otherwise this was disappointing, even for a one night stopover. Booking was non-cancellable... but they only told me after I booked, that the pool was closed. Then the noise - the walls are far too thin. If it wasn't water flowing/flushing/showering from bathrooms above and either side, it was doors slamming frequently through the night. I don't think this was people doing it deliberately, it was just that the doors are noisy and the walls are thin. Plus of course people getting frisky next door... Then the flaky wi-fi. 8 different networks available, but none of them could give more than one bar, and none of them stayed working for more than a couple of minutes when you connected. Don't stay here if you want to relax!
