Room was great sized for 3 people. 1 minute from train and amazing dining area. In house breakfast was really good

Excellent location and really helpful staff.

The hotel has something of a retro feel to it which we find rather pleasant. It is very well located and the desk staff are most kind and cooperative. The rooms that we have been offered have always been of a good size, with a suitable bathroom and shower. The beds are comfortable but I'm not a fan of foam pillows! The breakfast is attractively presented in a comfortable room. The choice of items is wide but perhaps the hot dishes could be a little more varied. The staff there are professional and attentive. There are no facilities in the rooms for making hot drinks but one can go into the breakfast room whenever one wants to make a hot drink - and quite often there is a cake or two available as well. Chilled water is als always available.

We did not realize they have no air conditioning and the t was pretty warm

Fantastically friendly people. Room was clean . Near the underground and near the Center of Berlin. Breakfast was good as well. Will definitely book again

Friendly staff and comfortable room, not huge but big enough. Very good breakfast. Some nice touches: the coffee machine is available most of the day and there's also drinking water to take back to your room. Decoration is individual and a bit quirky.

This hotel is the perfect location, 3 min walk from the Uban, I was there for work at berlinale so it was very convenient to reach quickly postdamer pl and zoo Palast. The room was spacious and warm, comfortable bed and good bathroom with hot water (be careful: shower very slippery). My window was on street side and first floor but I didn't hear any noise, and inside hotel very quiet too, I slept well. I wish there was a mini fridge and kettle in rooms but there are free coffee and tea in the ground floor with tables until late, which is better than most hotels in berlin where you have to pay for hot drinks. The staff is nice. Many shops around and restaurants. It felt safe walking late night.

Great location only about a 2-3 minute walk to the U-2 Metro Station. Neighborhood has many great bars and restaurants. Staff at front desk is super welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms and good water pressure in the shower. Great value...and great hotel.

This is a great hotel. I loved the location, how spacious the room and bathroom are. There are a few grocery stores close by along with bars and restaurants walking distance. Metro and bus station just around the corner. It’s also not far from the touristic attractions and the airport. I’d definitely be back when in Berlin.

Excellent location for accessing the city and a great buffet breakfast ; coffee/tea provided free 3-8pm, small courtyard; friendly staff; very reasonable rates. Stayed last year and was very happy to return this year. Clean, comfortable rooms and a bathroom with a bath to soak in. Will return.

Comfortable clean, well designed room, very friendly and helpful staff, late checkout time, luggage storage, free coffee & tea, convenient location. If taking a shower, ask for a mat to avoid slips!

Lovely hotel really close to the u-Bahn station (2 minute walk). Plenty of bars are restaurants in the area too. Hotel is clean and comfortable, nice big room with en suite. Breakfast is plentiful and a sets you up for the day. We arrived early and hotel were happy to store our luggage until we were able to check in. Had an issue with being checked into the wrong room but was quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was great at the hotel except for ventilation in the room. Only one window that opened partially with no air flow, because it faced an internal courtyard. I had a hard time sleeping because of the heat. The room needs AC or at least a ceiling fan.
