Nice terrace and relatively clean toilets. But the short haired older waitress with glasses was totally unfriendly at our arrival she just stared at us without saying hello and offering us a menu for drinks. Then we wanted to order some beer on tap and she wasn't even able to offer us all different types they had. I wouldn't come back.

That’s the best hotel I’ve ever been in Switzerland!!! The receptionists are really nice and helpful!! Really recommend this hotel if you want to visit Zermatt or go skiing!

Cozy and cute family-rum restaurant with much better food than expected from other reviews

I'm still having trouble recommending it at the moment. Except the service is also keeping an eye out for regular customers who just want a drink. I drove up there especially because it's open again. But after waiting 20 minutes at the regulars' table on the terrace, I left. The guy behind the window only had eyes for his ladies who wanted to eat. They had also come in from the terrace. Not a single glance through the window. I hope that changes for you. It would be a shame if the key was turned again. 😒

I stayed here for about four months. It's a wonderful place. I was very happy and felt right at home. The hotel owner and staff were very friendly. I will definitely come back again ✌️✌️👋
