Got items stolen by other guests and the receptionist said what do you want me to do???? I found where it was and located the thieves and they still didn’t do anything but tell me they didn’t want the police called. I don’t expect a lot of hotels but this shook me. On nye I’m out here doing Sherlock Holmes to find my item guests stole????? I had to confront them with my friend and they hid it in a panel on their floor behind pipes because I left a message on it saying I’d call the police shortly. Besides the receptionist who went to every floor with me, everyone else lied, when I asked to speak with the manager. His name was printed on the welcome card in the room so I knew they were just sending whoever. There are cameras everywhere and yet you can’t look up who stole by the pool? Let them stay and no repercussion whatsoever . It soured my experience and I couldn’t wait to leave. I’d never say at any of their hotels and stick to a chain you are comfortable with from wherever you are from. Smokers on the floor and going through the vents I was literally choking in my room. Why would guests be allowed to smoke indoors for any reason??? It was such an annoying experience and I’ll NEVER go here.

Horrible pillows showers have no shampoo or body wash they’re very greedy coffee in lobby is $2 euros no hospitality for guests even when they changed my room it was worse. Very uncomfortable mattress and horrible cheap pillow.

I had to leave too early for their breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful arranging a taxi and wake up call.

The food was average for a 4 star hotel. Coffee poor and the orange juice was out of a carton.

Good Only for one night

Excellent service received, the staff is very professional and gentle starting when make check in with Richard and Inez, then at the restaurant the service is excellent too from Eva Maria, Miriam and Raquel, they make me feel very well on this place, highly recommended.

Good place to stay for a short trip if you’re going to the industrial park located near. This hotel is really near to the companies installed in the Tactica Industrial complex. The only cons that I have is for the restaurant service that is not available on weekends for lunchs or diners on sundays, so, based on my own experience if you arrive on sunday afternoon to the hotel because you have meetings or visits to any place on monday, be prepared because there is not restaurant service at night in the hotel. Also, I have a recommendation for hotel administration “bring restaurant service for lunch and dinner on weekends” because the guests can stay and relax at the hotel on saturdays and/or sundays with the complement of the swimming pool.

The property was wasy to find and staff were friendly. The washroon had some issues with drainage in the shower and limited water for flushing. Ideally it could you a bit of a washroom refresh. Also had a pest issue, that were spotted in the hallway and breakfast area.

Great! Just a bit older building that was remodeled, they did an excellent job but it's still noticeable in some areas.
