A large hotel in a ski resort up in the mountains. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Key card didn't work when we tried to get into the room after checking in and failed again the next day. The buffet in the restaurant was well stocked but unless you were there early the food wasn't really hot enough for later eaters. We ate in the bar the next day. Large, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning.

On a trip around Spain and Portugal we stayed here for two nights in May, staying only one night in most places we stayed in lots of hotels. In my view this hotel isn’t equal to other 4 Star hotels on this trip, my room was about a 2 star grade and the overall hotel a 3 star. My room was tiny, very dated, no bedside power and a nail used to secure carpet was right in the bathroom doorway and not nice to step on. The overall hotel is very dated and staff were ok at best. My friend had his Expensive GPS “go missing” from his room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

A group of cyclists. Staff were very helpful in letting us store the bikes. Great to be able to chill in the pool each afternoon. And i love the work that the hotel does with people if special needs. Keep up the good work.

Stayed one night as part of a tour. The location is truly stunning with fabulous views. Hotel was clean and tidy, only downside was the pool looked a bit grimy. Quick and easy check in with efficient helpful staff. Plentiful parking with lots of spaces. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

It was a really good stop over on route to Lisbon with great views and staff. Could easy stay longer to experience the mountains. Excellent value for the money

The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the AC but some how the AC only worked certain hours. At night was very hot but no AC. I called front desk many times but no help

Expensive for what it has to offer! Beware they charge for everything extra including stuff that should it be included for a 4 star hotel. If a visit to the pool is in your mind be ready to pay for a towel, plus charge of 3euros for a swimming robe and also an extra 1.50 for a Swimming cap(bring your own to avoid charge) they are obligated. Also something that is unacceptable for a 4 star property is that they ask for deposit in cash in case none of those are returned back! Will not go back to this property. In my modest opinion this hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating. Extremely disappointed!

Beautiful location in the top of the mountain. Far from the city so if you want to be going to diferente cities this might not be for you. But for nature lovers that want to enjoy the mountains it’s amazing.

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable and clean. The food was excellent. It is a long drive up a twisty road but obviously beautiful views once you reach the top. Not much to do in the area but great for an afternoon overnight. If planning to stay there be sure to drive a little bit further past the hotel up the road to access amazing views.
