Lovely staff, hotel, and city. Shame we were only staying one night, but we’ll definitely be back!

Buffet selections were varied at the buffet. The instruction posted for cooking boiled egg to your liking weren’t adequate as far as cook time.

The staff was so kind and helpful the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Great location near to everything and amazing views of the coliseum!

Great location in the centre. Really good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. AC BUT WE DID NOT NEED IT. Rooftop terrace bar.

This was my second time staying here. It’s perfectly located and has excellent service and a friendly staff. It’s not fancy but has everything I need. I enjoy the spa, dining options, garden seating, and rooftop bar.

Excellent location of this hotel, if you are staying in Arles. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spa is very nice to relax for an hour.

Great location- steps from the attractions. The staff were very helpful- even though there was no elevator, they carried our bags up the steps to our room. After a day of site seeing, the jacuzzi pool in the spa was lovely- and overlooks the forum. Arles does not have many taxis, so call the hotel to arrange if you are unable to walk from the station.

Lovely garden and courtyard off our room gave us quiet and privacy. Helpful and friendly staff, patio cafe/bar were pluses.

Location was stellar, but rooms were just basic (no soap bars or face cloths), no bottled water. Staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. There is no elevator, so guests must lug baggage up a steep staircase one or two levels. Buffet breakfast is €16, and it's a good deal.

Liked the fact the receptionist helped with taking luggage upstairs. Nice spa

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved this hotel. We had a spacious and charming room with a view of the arena. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location could not have been better for touring Arles. Excellent restaurants a few steps away. Check, check, check! If you do stay here, park in the central garage near the hotel for a reasonable daily fee through the hotel - in and out privledges, plenty of spots, and a short walk through the park to the hotel. Be warned, however, there is no elevator at the hotel so, if you can't do stairs, let the hotel know.

Had a fantastic stay. The hotel staff was always very helpful. They did a load of laundry for us the same afternoon that we checked-in since we had to leave in the morning. They offered discounted parking at the Parking du Centre garage, a short walk to the hotel. The hotel location is about as good as it gets, the rooms were clean, the garden area was beautiful and a nice escape from the August heat. Our room's shutters and air conditioning functioned well to cool the room. The view of the amphitheater from our room was amazing.
