Staff are the most friendly and welcoming of all the staff at all the hotels we’ve stayed in. The rooms are tired and in need of a refresh. Will definitely return. We received a room upgrade, assume this was because of the silver VIP benefits with Expedia

Kindersitze sind überall vorhanden und werden nach jeder Benutzung sofort gründlich desinfiziert. • Verpflegung rund um die Uhr: Man kann wortwörtlich 24 Stunden am Tag etwas zu essen finden. • Strand: Sauber, gut gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können!

Amazing staff and food, lovely comfy bed

Quite a dated property with reasonable food across the board. There are other hotels in the strip that better in my opinion. Overall an average 4 star hotel for me, which would benefit from a few updates - rooms/slides/service around the pools and entertainment too.

Our stay was great, the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. We had a great time.

Lovely hotel, with great facilities

Great. Really good food and facilities

It was a nice resort overall. Very beautiful views of the sea and very kid friendly. Had a lot of activites available for children like waterpark and kids play area. Food was also amazing here. One thing I would say is the rooms itself were not that amazing. As someone that has stayed in all in clusive resorts in other countries, and I had recently came from Kapadoky to here, the room was a little small and nothing fancy as a luxury resort should have. Same goes for the washroom. It was good but fora luxury resort i think the room lacked for me. I would have liked to see a bigger and fancier room for a 5 star resort. Other than the room and washroom, it was a great resort.

Excellent food great staff

Beautiful hotel, great selection of food, friendly staff but very disappointing that the pools are not heated. Such a shame. And also the walls are paper thin in the hotel, you can hear everything. Other than that, all good

Aside from the incredible food which was the best food I've ever had on an all inclusive ( variety and quality is top). The staff is absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with genuine smile. The trainer in the gym (Firat) is incredible. Super nice and helpful. Overall, would highly recommend and this is not a paid ad nor anyone told me to write it like other places. A true genuine review. Would definitely come back here for the incredible staff and treatment and of course the beautiful and well maintained property. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon special

First 6 days out of 8 were good, the only thing we noticed was that the staff were much friendlier with German guests. On our first two nights we had an excellent waiter, then he got moved to far end of restaurant and we nodded in passing. Rest of waiters service poor, left us with no drinks, and when they did they were never refilled. Once it started raining and everyone was inside there wasn’t enough room. Room maid excellent and bar staff excellent and apart from our good waiter the rest were pretty mediocre. Wouldn’t rush back, shame as building and all other staff apart from waiters were excellent. Italian restaurant was superb and waiters there excellent.

This is the worse hotel I've ever stayed at in Antalya. The service was so horrible, the food was disgusting and the staff seemed really agitated all the time. I can not believe this is a 5 star hotel. There was only one restaurant open and if you missed the meal times, you have to wait...It's ridiculous.

Just spent 7 nights at this lovely hotel. Food was excellent, entertainment was good and the staff were polite and friendly. The weather was amazing for this time of the year.

Food was great, not all but some of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It is my seventh time in this hotel , my first experience was in 2014 , 1) My booking was partial sea view but when checking in I was told that our 2 rooms will be without balcony and I paid €300 more to get the two rooms with balcony side sea view . 2) although food choices are still rich , but it was more better in quality before , and I am experiencing a kind of decrease in quality
