This hotel met my needs exactly. I am a man traveling alone. I wanted to be near the center of town, the Piazza. I wanted a simple room that was clean and had a low price. The hotel was all of these. They did not have breakfast. The staff was helpful. My needs were limited, but this hotel turned out to be a perfect choice.

The hotel is located at the center of major tourist attractions, restaurants and transportation. The furniture and fixtures are old but the hotel is very clean. No elevator or food available at the hotel. Great views from the room.

Our stay was ok, loved the ambience of the hotel and the proximity to the main plaza and Cathedral.

The location was good, close to piazza del duomo the main square, and it was very convenient if using public transportation. This hotel is not a 3 star as stated on the website site, it’s a 2 star. The breakfast was at a bar close to the hotel. It was only a coffee and croissant and not a full breakfast as stated on your web site. There was no safe in the room and the web stated that there was a safe. The bathroom was disgusting, not very clean , dirty tiles, the shower was just a corner with a small shower curtain, the water would overflow the rest of the bathroom. I very disappointed with this hotel , I would never here again.

The hotel is at the best possible location, directly at the Duomo square. As a budget hotel, it meets the typical Italian standards, the room is dated but clean, the bathroom was updated and modern but the shower was very small. There is no elevator but that suits me fine since elevators in buildings like these tend to be clunky, so I avoid them in any case. Breakfast was a voucher to get a hot drink and pastry at the best cafe in the square, which is my favorite way of doing breakfast in Italy, so this worked out great.
