Customer service was at its best!

Very nice hotel, excellent location and great breakfast buffet!

I went to Fatima to experience the beginning of the apparitions I’d never stayed at Luna before . I opted for half board It was fantastic range and quality of food . The restaurant manager Lewes and his team were amazing . Friendly attentive professional . The quality of food was superb. I will return to stay here again and am already looking forward to it . The room was really clean and comfortable Everything top notch . I arrived late on my first night and the young man on the front desk brought up some food . This is really looking out for guests .

Very quiet place, close to bus station and close to restaurants and the Fatima church. Rooms are great and breakfast are great for a reasonable price

Just en route to Duoro Valley. Great breakfast. Not a lot to do in Fatima though

We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

This is a great place to stay when making a pilgrimage to Fatima. It is out of the busiest sections of town near the Basilica but still near plenty of services.

Enjoyed breakfast, nice room with TV, fridge and kettle, very good cleaning staff, fabulous choice for breakfast. Sadly rooms don’t have thermostats you can control for the heating to come on. It was cold and windy surprisingly in June . We were told heating is off as it’s summer. Extra blankets were given to us to warm our bodies. Toilet sewage smell on 5th floor. Restaurant staff very friendly. Wouldn’t stay here again as 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuary. There are other nearby hotels to the Basilica. Wouldn’t recommend to those with walking difficulties.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast where we felt very welcome. Well worth the stay. I would definitely stay there again.

They did not have air condition and it was very hot , they need to switch on A/C as the temperature dictates

Perfect place to stay in. Staff were wonderful all round. Very friendly and always ready to help. Hotel is very clean and meals very nice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fatima.

I am very pleased about living in this hotel, everything is excellent!

Very accomodating and waiters are very helpful. It was very busy week of fatima but they are exceptionally prompt on questions or help if needed.

Nice hotel close to the lady of Fátima sanctuary the only complaint is the entrance to the parking they need to do something the bell
