Very updated room with lots of cool lighting! Spacious sleeping and bathroom areas. There is no on-site parking, but public parking about 100m away.

This hotel was convieniently located near all of the shopping, dining and walkable from the train station. Our room was large and newly remolded with a very modern bathroom. The included breakfast was full of wonderful options and fresh pastries. They have a laundry facility with a small charge that we took advantange of since it was in the middle of our trip. We discovered that Beaune is the Sister City to our town of Bend Oregon so that was just to see the plaque in the town center. Lots of great shopping near by and restaurant options.

Beautifully refurbished historical hotel, right in the centre of Belluno. The rooms are spotless and spacious, and equipped with every comfort (including a kettle). Smart shower with LED changing lights and rain shower head. Extremely comfortable beds. The only issue we had was with on-site parking, there seemed to be some confusion between the members of staff regarding parking reservation policy. Make sure you either book your parking spot, or park nearby in Piazza Piloni or at Parcheggio Lambioi (connected to the city centre via escalator).

The hotel was older but in good condition. We stayed on the top floor which had a small balcony which was nice. The bed was very comfortable as I typically like harder beds which are common in Europe. The location of the hotel was key as it was in the town center with walking distance to restaurants and parking. My only complaints were that the bathroom was incredibly small with no barrier for water when taking a shower. As a result the whole bathroom floor was wet after taking a shower. However I know this is common in older Italian hotels. The breakfast was decent but the breakfast meats were pretty gross, especially the prosciutto was very sub optimal. It would be better to not even offer the prosciutto it was that bad. Other than that the hotel was fine. If you are visiting Belluno to see the Dolomites for a couple days like us, then the hotel is a decent choice considering the low cost

Nicely renovated older property in central Belluno, easy walk to bus & trains, shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. Private courtyard afforded quiet evenings. Very good breakfast buffet. Would recommend to others looking for convenient location in Belluno.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff. Beds could be a wee bit softer but that was true of most hotels I stayed in in Italy.

Place was clean, quiet, super helpful staff, but our room had slight odor from wet carpet that was newly cleaned I think. Only reason for down grade. Easy walking distance from train station even in the dark. Nice breakfast in morning with great coffee machine and plenty to choose from.

Stay was ok and served a purpose of having a bed. It was close to old town which was nice. Room basic and bathroom small but water was hot.
