Excellent location, room, breakfast! Free parking, free water and coffee all day. Great restaurants walking distance.

The rooms did not have an Iron which is pretty basic in all hotels. Could not iron my clothes for a business meeting. Staff are great.

I recently stayed at the Continental hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The facilities are quite dated and in need of updating. The overall decor felt old-fashioned, and several areas of the hotel seemed worn out and in disrepair. One of the biggest issues was the fluorescent lighting in the rooms. It was far too bright and harsh, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, we were unable to turn off all the lights completely, which made it very challenging to get a good night's sleep. The constant light was quite disruptive and detracted from our overall comfort. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the outdated facilities and lighting issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected. I hope the hotel considers making some necessary updates to improve the guest experience in the future.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, and I can't really complain, apart from the fact that is far from everything. Links to Bologna are scarce. You need a car. I booked it to be close to Unipol Arena (It's 35 min walk), again no public transport to link to the venue, so unless you like to walk, it's not suitable. If you have a car, please book ahead. The hotel staff were really friendly.

Good hotel in a perfect position for business people working for the companies in the area. Very close to the airport as well. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

On business for one night in Bologna. As business hotels go, this offered the barest of essentials. Semi large room was quiet and the bed (2 twins pushed together) was comfortable. The TV was the size of a laptop computer's screen. The bathroom was of adequate size but contained a miniature shower. The restaurant's offering was quite limited with typical Italian style bright lights that offered no warmth or ambiance. Front desk staff was very polite and engaging. Friendly. As Italian non-chain hotels go, not too bad, but not up to par with typical US business road warrior hotels.

We only stayed one night as we needed to be in the area very early the next day. It was nice to find a modern and spacious room. The hotel is situated in an industrial area of Bologna and it was the most modern hotel we stayed in in Italy, nice surprise.

La strada dove si trova hotel al mattino è molto trafficata bisogna aspettare per immettersi dal parcheggio della struttura.

Ho soggiornato per una sola notte ma è stato tutto piacevole. Prolungherei la colazione fino alle 11, magari trasformandola in un brunch. Lo staff molto gentile e la presenza del portiere notturno è un plus
