The room was small for 4. Beds blocked the wardrobe. There was a double balcony but the entrance to half of it was blocked by a fake wall. It was noisy, with the balcony overlooking the neighbouring hotel with loud air conditioning units. The pool was nice and there was free parking nearby. It was a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was good but the staff were militant about taking a pastry out if the dining room with me, literally chasing after me to shout at me.

We paid for a better room with satellite channels they put us in a basic room with only bbc2 it was old and dirty to say the least after complaining they said all rooms were the same and they would not refund the extra Monet what I paid only stayed one night there couldn’t do another night

Damp on walls in the room and no snacks between meals when I upgraded to all inclusive. Meals were always the same every day so if you didn't like anything you weren't looking forward to next meal because you knew what was coming for next meal. If you wanted the sun you was best getting to the beach as the sun hardly go to the sun beds because of it been tucked in between 2 other buildings. I'd say it's worth it's 3 stars maybe a 2 okay for adult get away not for family. Pool area is tiny. No entertainment on at night.

Hotel przy plaży, cudowny widok na morze z pokoju. Śniadania z dużym wyborem, kolacje też z dużym wyborem. Możliwe późne zameldowanie, ogromny plus za to. Absolutnie zadowolona.

The place is quite simple, it looks like they don't invest a lot of money in their services. The televisor is quite old, the water is not potable neither in the shower or in the sink, the command doesn't have battery, there aren't any shampoo or conditioner bottles and the beds are not extra comfortable. It is a simple place accorded to its price for a simple stay. The pool is quite small and the room has the simplest services for a cheap stay.

Perfect hotel and access to beach. Perfect for family.

We had to ask for another room as the first had damage to the floors at the bathroom door and mould on the curtains. The second room was fine . A fire alarm went off at 2a.m. the staff on duty did not seem to have access to turn it off after 40 minutes a manager came in to shut it off. Hotels.com info stated there was wifi but did not indicate that there was a fee to use it. The food was good and always a good variety how every I would not stay there again.

Very good hotel on excellent location and staff very helpful. Rooms basic but clean. Food good with lots of choices. Excellent overall.

Don't believe what you read when they claim this hotel has air conditioning. On a relatively warm evening (around 22c) we tried to use the air con but it didn't work. When we went to reception to resolve this matter, they informed us that it was too cold for air con and if they had it on it would kill us! We notified them it was on their website but they really didn't care. We also had no shelves or drawers to put any of our clothes in, and we couldn't open the wardrobe door because it was totally broken! The next day they gave us another room to sort out the wardrobe issue but we still had no air con and were still stuck with a choice of a rock hard bed or a totally busted bed with no springs! The all inclusive food was an abysmal buffet with very little choice that hardly changed from meal to meal. On the plus side, we both lost weight so if this is your goal then maybe this is the hotel for you! The only redeeming feature about this hotel was the location. It was in the centre of everything in Santa Susanna so we could escape the hotel at virtually anytime and pay for our food elsewhere. Overall, this was a poor stay but it is one of those experiences that stays with you forever, and you have to choose to laugh rather than cry about it.

Hotel is very old fashioned, its clean but lots of updating and repair needed. Food was ok, entertainment was non existant, pool is very small and has only 28 sunbeds for over 150 rooms. Some staff were miserable some were pleasant. Santa Suzanna is a nice area, beach is fine stone/shingle need shoes on to stop cutting your feet. I would return to santa suzanna but not to this hotel.

The hotel was fine. I had problems with my electronic room lock for the first three days and it was eventually cured by a technicians visit on two occasions - but I wont let that cloud my judgement! I was just on a bed and breakfast basis. The food was good but, as is usual with breakfasts , repetitive. The staff were good and very helpful and the room cleaning (daily) was excellent. My room ( a single room) had a single bed, not the double bed which seems to be the norm in single rooms, but it was comfy enough. The furniture was somewhat dated, reminding me of some UK b & b's I have stayed at. But, for the reasonable price I paid it was good enough.

Very friendly and helpful atmosphere at this hotel. Ideal for a budget stay. Very good value for money. Building a bit tired but kept totally clean.

Overall hotel is a low 3 star needs overall reno. Food was fine.

Clean hotel. All inslusive drinks policy was bad. After I'd finished my drink I had to wait 15 mins to take my glass back to the bar to get my card back. Terrible. Food not great.

Rooms could do with updating , very small pool for the size of this hotel . Location excellent

fue la mejor experiencia que tuve sin duda, nada mas entrar me recibio el recepcionista jorge, con una sonrisa y una compañia excelente, no me he encontrado en ningun hotel alguien de una manera tan amigable, por el, volvere 100% asegurado al hotel, desde luego que se merece que le suban el sueldo, o incluso que le ascendieran por que es una persona maravillosa enserio.
