They need to teach customer service Hostess in the front that checks people in better with the computer. Air condition was okay but TV did not work

Cheap, but you get a cheap everything. Roaches all over the place. Stains on the sheets. The breakfast was the worst, did not even touched it. This place is falling apart.

Building and rooms need a lot of maintenance and upkeep. Beds are extremely uncomfortable as their base is made of cement. Sink kept leaking and I'm also not a fan of showering with a cockroach. I also got this hotel because it had "breakfast included"... Which it did, but the problem was that it was available only from 8:30-9:30.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and always appreciate the quiet, dim ambiance. The beds are comfortable, and the tub is a nice touch. During my last stay, however, the housekeepers were cleaning the balcony at the end of the hallway outside my room, and water ended up on the floor, seeping into my room. It appears that this particular room is designed to allow the stream to flow in and drain into a small hole. Nothing will get damaged unless you place your bags or other items in that spot. This is the only room I've encountered with this issue. That said, I've noticed improvements with each visit, and overall, it's an excellent choice for the price in the area!

Cuándo tú llegas al lugar a ese lugar está muy hermoso pero después ellos resulta que no tienen cuarto disponible aunque tú hagas la reservación en línea ellos no te no te guardan tu habitación el checking te dicen que es a las tres pero si tú llegaste a las ocho de la noche ya no te dejan tu cuarto disponible y me mandaron a un lugar tan horrible tan feo ni sábanas tenían para arroparse y yo pedí lo único que me dijeron que no había y el Servicio de ese otro lugar era tan horrible todo no tenían agua caliente todo eran muy muy muy feo la verdad para mi gusto yo lno los recomiendo…….

There is no elevator in the property. The room was in the 3rd floor. When I first checked in the room that was provided had a red underwear hanging in the room. The shower was broken. I was then moved to another room. The room was ok. The staff was understanding about my concern.

The payment options of this place sucks , 2 hours to get 1 room , 2 kids waiting at the lobby sooo long for their room, the workers doesn’t comunícate with each other 🙄 worst experience ever!
