The room was small but very clean. Loved that the balcony had a drying rack with clothes pins to hang wet bathing suits. The view was beautiful from 5th floor. The elevator was very narrow and triggered my claustophobia so i opted for the stairs.The staff was amazing. They were super helpful and professional. The food was ok, but some of the portions were small (but beautifully presented). The only thing we didnt like is this strange rule they had about the pool. You arent allowed in the pool unless you wear a swim cap (which they offer to sell to you). They say they do this for hygiene as they dont want hair in the pool. We thought this was ridiculous and didnt go to the pool. Lots of other guests seem to feel the same as the pool often had only a handful of swimmers in it during our stay. So if you agree to wear the swim cap you will have the pool mostly to yourself. Otherwise just enjoy the beach as we did. My kids enjoyed playing paddle ball and bike riding. There is a restaurant on the beach with food and drinks reasonably priced.

Really attentive and helpful staff, I believe every room has a sea view, nice breakfast included.

Staff were amazing ! The breakfast was excellent, amazing choices of food only thing I was a bit upset that they did not offer Orange Juice . There were several juice like drinks though . Coffee was perfect. I will be staying here next year for sure when I return .

Very professional staff, clean hotel- good value for money

We were a group of 15 and the front desk personnel went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. From transportation, to food, drinks, last minute reservations at a nearby restaurant at 10:30pm, they were great. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again. The only thing we didn't like was the hotel restaurant, not a lot of options on the menu and the service wasn't great; we got up and left.

All in all good, very good service and nicely clean, but bathroon shower not confirtable, a strange cheap plastic box. Food very average, i had half board.

Majesticly terrible

Very well run, maintained and very clean hotel. The food was excellent and great value. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the beach which was only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. We were there for the Ironman competition and on the morning of the event they put on a 4am breakfast for competitiors and supporters with a complimentary bus to take competitotrs and supporters to the start at 6am. Staff were up late welcoming the competitors as they returned to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel. Both English and German spoken fluently and I expect other languages also spoken in this hotel.

Very clean and bright. Staff were brilliant could not do enough for us nice indoor play area in lounge for children so you can keep an eye on them lots of toys and pushchairs for customer use. Use of hotel bikes no charge some with child seats on

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sehr sauber. Strandabschnitt, der zum Hotel gehört (Liegen sind leider wie überall eher teuer) sehr ruhig und ordentlich. Frühstücksbuffet ist klein aber fein. Leckere frische Früchte und Kaffee war auch super. Für jeden etwas dabei.

Alles funktioniert wie wir gedacht haben. Essen und Trinken (Wein) hat uns positiv überrascht. Alles frisch gekocht, Koch und Hotelmannchaft sollen stolz sein auf Ihre professionelle Arbeit. Viel besser als 4Sterne Hotels in Region.

Tout est parfait établissement bien propre très bonne nourriture on mange très bien le directeur très sympathique , bon petit déjeuner très belle plage bien aménagé

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet,sehr gepflegt.Der Service hervorragend,die Zimmer wurden immer schnell gesäubert.Die Gastgeber ultrafreundlich hilfsbereit und grosszügig. Als Gast fühlt man sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben.Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig,alles wurde immer nachgelegt.Ein Hinweis für andere Gäste.Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich und Kinder sind dort optimal aufgehoben.
