It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed.

Staff are lovely hotel very out dated old style kind of scary lol Room had loads of ants which was a problem cleaner did clean but not much they can do about it The staff was nice but i wouldn't stay here again price was tooo high for what was on offer nicer hotels next door Only booked as its on the beach

it was terrible night

restricted food and you are not aloud to get whatever your want and how much as you want. rooms are not very clean and staff are not customer friendly. Dining are is on the base floor and not very clean. no AC pros; Very close to beach and have their own space on the beach area.

This hotel is advertised as a five star luxury hotel. It is far from that. I would never stay there again unless there was significant refurbishment carried out. When checking in the bell boy noticed a ‘smell’ in the room, we didn’t immediately as we were wearing masks due to the pandemic. Within a few minutes the hotel manager called our room to offer us a different one, this was commendable, however we declined as we were only there for two nights and were spending only our night sleeping there. We only used Didim as a base to explore the historical wealth that is close by. Thanks to the staff who do their level best with substandard facilities.

The whole experience was AWFUL. No parking area, very crowded and DIRTY place. No requirements for wearing mask on mutual spots. Dirty Dirty Dirty beaches, broken old sun beds. Very small beach area according to the size of Hotel… And one of the most shocking thing was No WIFI. I asked couple different staff and I have been told that their WIFI is bad means NO WIFI. I booked it for 7 nights I could have stayed little longer but those ROCK beds made it impossible. When you first enter to the rooms a drainage smell welcomes you too. I have felt my health to be under DANGER so we just left after one night. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE FIND SOMEWHERE CLEAN AND NICE.

Great setting and lovely staff. The hotel was a little tired but the food was pretty good. My biggest disappointment was the state of the beach. The hotel boasts 'private beach' but the public beaches were cleaner and better maintained. It was heartbreaking to see the amount of plastic cups went into the sea as the beach was not cleaned regularly. Other than that - it was a nice enough hotel in a perfect location.

If you like chicken stay here as it was on menu for lunch and dinner every day in one guise or another. Salads good. Nothing much going on as beginning of season. Reception staff very good and restaurant staff good. Menu mainly for turkish holiday makers. Had several meals out. Sun beds could do with some padding. Sheets changed every other day.

Rude reception staff . Very smelly toilet and bathroom . Was reported to hotel staff but nothing was done .

room needed a bit of maintenance and decorating but as it was end of season i understand. The view was the best thing my room was overlooking the pool and the beach which was superb. The staff was very pleasant. A nice walk into the busier part of Altinkum which was about 15minutes walk.

Great hotel good food

A good hotel right on the beach. Rooms cleaned daily. However this hotel is let down badly by poor food ( poor choice and bland) and even worse alcohol ( 2 or 3 bottles covered whatever you asked for gin vodka Bacardi from clear bottle dark bottle whiskey brandy etc) ate and drank out everyday. Only go back if either AI improves or B &B. it's a shame because you can't fault it's location.

The place of shower so tite mean cant move ... Also i have problem for payment when i had booked in Expedia .com i Think they charge me all amount and when arrived to hotel they said have to charge all amount make me confused my visa card from bank in libya hard to cheak ther pls can confirm me is Expidia charged or no send me E mail pls

Başlangıç olarak evet yapının yaşı büyük olması sebebi bile modern olmadığını söyleyebilirim Yemekler orta diyebilirim fiyatı uygun şöyle uygun yemek+ kahvaltı+ içecek dışarda ödeyeceğiniz iki kişi fiyatına konaklama dahil hizmet alıyorsunuz mutlaka ki yiyecek birşeyler bulursunuz çeşit olarak orta diyebilirim. Yatak konforu normaldi. Temizlik her yorumun baş konusu bende titiz olan bir kişiyim herhangi bir böcek ya da sineğe şahit olmadım odaya ilk girildiğinde bir nem kokusu olduğu aşikar ve klima soğutma konusunda biraz yavaş malesef ama ben Ağustos ortasında odada terledim diyemem otelin arkasına bakan ucundan denizi gören bir odada konakladık ve yeşil olan olması bence öndeki gürültüden kesinlikle iyidir. Otopark alanı biraz mesafeli Havuzu küçük , çocuklara daha uygun zaten denize sıfır iskeledeki mavi sezlonglar 100 TL ücretli ama zaten otelin şezlonglari yeterli Oda kapıları güvenlik açısından tek konaklayan birisi için biraz tedirgin edici olabilir tahta eski kapılardan ve kolidorlarda güvenlik kamerası göremedim. Asansör küçük ama yoğun saatlerde bile sıkışıklık olmadı valizi çok olmayanlar için merdivenler geniş ve dinlenme boşluğu olan alanlar var. Otele giriş saatimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen 14 25 te ancak odamız müsait olabildi
