I was totally shocked when I arrived at this Ibis Styles - having previously stayed in a number of these hotels which, even though fairly 'plastic', they were always bright, new and clean. I have no idea how this hotel continues to remain open - the rooms are tiny, the bathroom is more like a cupboard than a 'room' and the decor is like something (bad) out of the 1960's. The toilet smelled pretty bad and there was barely space to stand in the shower. Reception was closed in the afternoon and the hotel closed completely at 10 pm, with a code to get in. Of course, as you might expect, the lift (which was barely suitable for one person) was out of order for the entire 2-day stay. The kids in reception did their best given the environment they had to work in. I honestly think Hotels.com should not be offering such a sub-standard hotel at any price.

Ibis is always a good choice. This bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but very dated. The breakfast was disappointing, the quality has gone down compared to previous stays at Ibis.

Good location with friendly staff. Limited bar opening times. The hotel is a little tired but we slept well as noise levels were low.

The room was too small and poorly set out, the bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was very poor.

Good budget hotel with useful free parking. Room small but ok for an overnight stop. Well located for both river walk and restaurants and for the historic spa buildings and gardens.

This hotel is located just one block from the river. My room was looking away from the river onto a fairly busy and loud street. Condition of the hotel is OK but all a little dated and rooms are not too big. Friendly staff made up for this ! Good stay

The hotel tried to account for COVID restrictions and had measures in place. Unfortunately it made the breakfast uncomfortable when many guests did not have masks. The desk clerks were very friendly and provided some orientation to the neighborhood. However, the Peking spaces were too small and we were barely able to exit our car. The air conditioning was also very weak and the beds in the room were very basic- almost like camp beds with strong springs.

We booked with Expedia and turned up at 930pm after a horrendous journey. No room at the Inn!! They had our Expedia paperwork but had given our room away. We were turfed out in the middle of a thunderstorm at night with a 3 yr and 10 yr old. They did find us another room over the otherside of town but with were hardly apologetic for the mess. They were quite starchy and couldn't get shot of us quick enough. They frankly couldn't give a fig about their mistake and the inconvenience they caused us. No WAY would we recommend this hotel.

This hotel is simple and in need of a face-lift but its proximity to the river, spa, shops etc make for a very convenient stop off. Beds comfortable with lovely white linen. Good shower and everything spotless. What more do you need for a short visit? This was our second visit.

Mise à part la personne qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire et professionnalisme, l’hôtel ne mérite clairement pas 3 étoiles. Je ne comprends pas comment il peut porter le nom d’ibis style. Les chambres sont minuscule , une odeur de cuisine etait présente en permanence le petit déjeuner doit être plus complet dans un ibis budget bref vraiment pas terrible

bon accueil par le personnel . La chambre petite - rideau sale - araignées au plafond de la douche d’une salle de bains très petite.. Meme pas un verre ou gobelet dans la chambre.. pas de bouilloire .. Cet hôtel ne ne mérite pas du tout les 3 étoiles .

Un bon accueil avec du personnel disponible besoin d'un lit parapluie et ils l'ont déposé en quelques minutes dans la chambre. Taille de la chambre correcte. Petit déjeuner correct Parcontre attention a la propreté.....les chambres notamment l'aspirateur ne doit pas être passé souvent....
