fizemeos 3 diarias, tomamos cafe apenas 2 dias, cafe estava frio nos dois dias.para mim isso é importante começar o dia com cafe quente e fresco. secador de cabelo precisa ser trocado urgente ,é muito fraco ,não sendo possivel secar cabelos. banheiro precisa de espelho com aumento de lente para maquiagem . funcionairos são super simpaticos e disponiveis nota 10 para eles.

There was no air conditioning or fan, the street was extremely noisy. Terrible night of sleep.

Good first impression, we were early but welcomed and accommodated by friendly, helpful and courteous member of staff. First impression of hotel, clean, luxurious and comfortable. Same with room, scrupuously clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was continental and very well stocked with cereals, fruits, breads, meats, cheeses, teas, coffees, juices, water - excellent variety. It was great to have free garage facilities. Aveiro was a lovely place to explore with camal trips, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We'd certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel muy correcto en todo, limpieza, atención del personal, etc, y en una ubicación excelente. No sabía que era pet-friendly, procuro evitar este tipo de establecimientos porque soy alérgico pero realmente no se notó. Realmente creo que no había huéspedes con mascotas. En definitiva, buena experiencia en este hotel.

The room was TINY. Looked absolutely nothing like the photos at all (at the front desk they admitted those photos were simply illustrative and not of the rooms themselves - VERY misleading). There weren’t two twin beds or one double bed like the reservation said; it was a tiny room with ONE TWIN BED. A tough ask for an adult who thought she was checking into a room with a decent sized bed. Having said that, it’s clean and centrally located and everyone was nice. Just know you’re paying for a glorified hostel.

Staff was very helpful and understanding

Habitación correcta. Éramos tres y estábamos un poco justos, aunque las camas cómodas. El baño correcto. La ubicación buena. A 10 minutos andando de la zona monumental. Parking privado lo que seagradece.

Nos sentimos estafados. En la búsqueda de hoteles filtramos que tuvieran aparcamiento y este establecimiento aparece con aparcamiento. El problema es que solo tiene dos aparcamientos para catorce habitaciones.

Accueil plutôt fade… départ un peu mieux. Bon déjeuner et agréable d’avoir le stationnement qui est inclus.

Good hotel in good location. Our first room had a maintenance issue but we were moved straight away. Opposite one of the locals' favourite restaurants Pizzarte and well located to explore Aveiro on foot although parking available is secure. Everything you need for an inner city hotel.

Rooms to warm. Aircon not very efficient. Had to have widows open which made it noisy. Could hear doors banging loudly. Carparking was good. Breakfast good. Good position for sight seeing .

This hotel should not be listed in VIP as I don’t feel any VIP experience. No one mentioned it to me and no perks. It is old and outdated. The best thing is the breakfast, has everything you want, lots of choices.

Very walkable, convenience store close-by. Canal & boats about 10-15 min easy walk. Reakfasr is excellent. Comfortable room-we didn’t have much of a view but didn’t matter as in room to allow. Comfortable bed, crisp linens. Very enjoyable stay Be certain to take one of the boat rides, we did it @ sunset & it was unique. Planned to do a walking tour in am but person cancelled @ last minute.

Really comfortable bed. Room outdated and needed a refresher. The WiFi was absolutely appalling kept constantly dropping out.

Walking distance to city center. Convenient parking available. Staff was extremely friendly as helpful.
