Lovely hotel. V modern with ocean touches. V nice decor and clean. Roof bar is great and the beach is just a few steps away!

Very clean and tidy, not far from the center of guardamar de Segura, staff friendly and helpful at all times, restaurants well worth a visit.

The hotel is very nice. The room had a balcony with an amazing sea view and the was spacious. There was a drying rack on the balcony to hang my bathing suit after a swim at the beach. The restaurant had great food and service. However, I asked for a double bed and not two single beds put together. The front desk staff said they saved me a room with a double bed. However, it was two single beds made up together. They should be clear if they don’t have double beds. The room was also right under the sky bar and spa, which could be noisy. I asked for another room and moved to the 2nd floor with two single beds. I didn’t want the buffet breakfast, but asked if I could get a small breakfast at the hotel. I was told by the front desk staff that I could, but all you can get is coffee and croissant and they didn’t have any croissants the first day. I ate breakfast out every morning for around 5 euros ( including a waffle with fruit one day, omlette another day, and a fried egg with toast another day) which is better than paying 15 euros at the hotel for the buffet. They should offer alternatives for breakfast. I did have coffee and a croissant on my last morning. It was 5 euros, which is more expensive than nearby restaurants charge for just that. Also, I asked for ice and I could buy a drink with ice or get ice from store. The ice I bought melted after two days in mini fridge. Also, the hotel is beachfront at a great beach but doesn’t provide any chairs or umbrellas for guests.

Absolutely perfect for us . It’s a beautiful place .

We stayed in a junior suite room for one night. We went to the sky bar on the top floor for drinks in the evening then to a local Italian restaurant. A perfect location on the beach, our room had a fabulous see view.

We had an absolutely great time at Hotel Meridional. Beds were super comfry, breakfast was totally delicious, and above all - the staff were incredibly kind and lovely! Would love to come back one day.

Our second stay at the Hotel Meridional. Friendly welcome. The hotel is small but sits in a perfect location only a few metres from the beach and very short walk to several restaurants/bars. It is about a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Guardamar. The rooms are fairly small but adequate. We were in 303 on third floor. My Daughter was in 112 which looked like it had been recently refurbished and was more comfortable but didnt have a sea view. There is a small pool with some jets. Breakfast was very nice. Nice roof bar with great views. Parking available but is 16 euros per night. All in all a nice hotel in a great location but perhaps reaching a point where the rooms need full modernisation.

Great stay at this hotel - everything excellent and can’t wait to go back - rooms small but have everything needed and breakfast was also great with a little of everything. Also although out of town a few nice restaurants near by especially Papas Sur but close enough to town to walk to either by road or along the beach

Been before. Out of season its very quiet. Right by the beach. Lots of parking. Lots of great walks. Plenty of restaurants, some do close very early though out of season.

Hotel is well located near the seafront and only a short walk to the busy town centre. Restaurants are modern and service was good. The hotel was operating a reduced menu as our stay was over Christmas.

Stayed one night off season. Room was small for two people but comfortable beds and bathroom. Great location right in front of the beach. Parking was easy and free since i stayed off season, however hotel offers onsite parking for an affordable price at 8€. A short walk on the beach takes you to the boardwalk where there are restaurants and bars. Friendly front desk staff, the room I was given had a strong cigarette smell and I was immediately moved to another room with better view. Unsure that would be possible during the busy summer season. Make sure you check if you want a non-smoking room. Adequate for a 1 night stay.
