En general la ciudad es preciosa, y el hotel está bien ubicado , justo a la entrada de la ciudad . El personal es muy amable y servicial.

Easy to find the hotel and you can stop across the road to unload bags. Very friendly staff and the room was large, clean and very quiet. There were seating areas on each floor and the hotel was spotless with a nice bar area and outdoor seating. At the front of the hotel there were tables and chairs and a gazebo where we stayed to enjoy churros and chocolate from the bar. A lovely hotel in a lovely place and we will definitely be going back, both to the hotel and the town.

Unique historic building. Extra privacy door in each room. Accommdating, friendly staff. Lots of restaurants in short walking distance. Wonderful historic town to explore.

The hotel is well located within the town but there is no parking. The rooms had a musty smell and are not well designed. No working air conditioning. Overall it’s ok but expensive for what it is.

Very beautiful place. Not a big chain hotel, but still proprietor owned. Looks like museum inside. Beautiful antic furniture. Definitely will stay again.

Museum like, art, antiques and amazing heritage furniture abound. Hospitality plus, comfortable bedding and beds, amazing breakfast buffet.

Beautiful historic building decorated with fantastic art. A real gem of a hotel. Rooms very well sized with large comfortable beds. Friendly staff and great location on town centre. Limited parking across road but large car park just down road. Very good value.

Magnificent decor. Super clean and friendly staff. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee that worth the money. Great location to walk the entire town, santillana del Mar also close to the Caves of Altamira (Cuevas de Altamira). Lots of restaurants and small shops. It is a 10 of 10.

Property is lovely, very historical, the weather was hot for the area and no a/c or fan available.

Excellent staff and accommodations. Would return again, no doubt.
