Maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were very bad. Stains on the bedsheets. Broken plug ins. You notice a smell of an old house in the room. So not comfortable.

City center. From the balcony you can see the lake. Everywhere near. You can leave your suitcase and check in again after returning from Sapa.

Staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and the room is clean. The hotel is adjacent to Sword Lake, so it is very fun

The hotel is right on the edge of Hoan Kiem Lake, walking 50m to Ngoc Son Temple, I spend 2 nights on weekends (right T7 and CN) with enough street festivals around Hoan Kiem Lake, circus, night market, rock performances, music street .... Enthusiastic KD staff, friendly, support for renting motorbike, good service. Will return to Hanoi morning! Thks all!

Clean rooms, nice, beautiful views around the accommodation in the heart of the city. There are lots of places to eat, lots of food, complete services. The room we stayed on the 9th floor is the top room and the best view.

Clean, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, prime location, easy to go to everywhere, walking distance to hoan kiem lake and some famous site such as St. Joseph Cathedral and easy to find restaurants and bistrot, reasonable price with good services.
