Hotel needs a serious upgrade / revamp, walls dirty and carpets worn and dirty. Couch in room dirty; horrible mattresses and pillows; hair in beds; carpet stained, worn and dirty; walls marked and scuffed; kitchenette terrible - taps and sink dirty, extractor oily and smelly. Not to mention the TV... Breakfast limited and selected cappuccino from coffee machine and got a hot chocolate... 🙈 Not at all aligned to the pictures and reviews

The building is old and needs renovations, the hallways have a bad smell.

Great suites, with separate bedroom and kitchenette.

Nice hotel, if a little standard, but well presented, clean, comfortable and good for a base to explore the area or for business. However, staff were brilliant (Anastasia(?) a real asset to the place). All without exception really friendly. One noticed it was my birthday while we were there and that afternoon we found chilled wine in the room when we returned and a note wishing me happy birthday. Might be corporate and/or attention to detail but this stuff doesn't happen so often anymore and so it was really quite nice. Otherwise genuinely very helpful; again, which doesn't happen so much anymore.

Large and clean room. Handy to have reception open 24 hrs a day. Hotel is 39 minutes drive from Porto, so it is inconvenient if you want to visit Porto and do not have a car

Good location for us, helpful staff, good breakfast.

A great hotel with excellent facilities. Very clean and plush. Staff very friendly and speak English well and very willing to help. Good breakfast and good cooking facilities - local supermarket within walking distance. Our suite however had a balcony that had a few noisy air condition units - balcony needs to be more pleasant so that the guests can use it effectively - some garden plants might help. Hotel has private car parking facilities - the outer car park is OK but the under ground one is very narrow - would not recommend parking the car there.

Matela pas adaptée

Très accueillant, Chambres simples ( pour celles réservées ) mais très bien.

A Cozinha, casa de banho, TV, pequeno almoço, varanda, aquecedor, tudo ok. Já a cama, as almofadas, insonorização não tão boas. Muito barulho de portas a bater de madrugada. O WiFi péssimo. Não conseguimos conectar nem um minuto. Único lugar que o sinal é bom é na receção.

Ficamos 01 dia. Poderiamos ter ficado 2 dias. O quarto precisa de uma modernização. Esta antigo e precisa do de reformas.

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen , alles war gut . Negativ ist nur die grösse der innere Parkplätze sehr sehr eng , sogar mit einen Toyota Yaris war es schwer Ein- und Ausparken.

El alojamiento esta genial, por poner alguna pega para mi los colchones demasiado duros, el resto perfecto

Accueil sympathique mais sans plus , la barrière de la langue y est pour beaucoup ! Les chambres sont belles, vaste et bien équipées mais les constructions portugaise en général sont mal isolées phoniquement !!! Bruit de voitures de la rue , d’ascenseur et portes qui claquent ! Sommeil léger s’abstenir ;-) Petit déjeuner au top !

Hotel muito confortável com pessoal simpático. Permite comer dentro do quarto, por ter kitchenette com tudo (frigorífico, placa quente e microondas).

Staff 5*, disponível e atencioso. Quarto espaçoso. Pequeno-almoço equilibrado.
