Convenient, practical.

The hotel has big sign in front "1 star" and honesty even Hostels would be better. The linens has strange spots and I didnt feel safety to remove the close and touch linens

We had a great time at Sete Cidades hotel, their kindness and willingness to guide and support us during our stay overcame our expectations. The hotel is pretty close to many amenities, restaurants and the airport.

The whole building is pretty old. Pipes exposed throughout. Elevator ancient and and clusterfobic, too small. Other than the note about you might find some living criters in the room, it was clean

Staff was excellent, but facility is dated. Breakfast was not great, but appreciated. A bit removed from restaurants and main core

Very nice place

Great place to stay in the center of Ponta Delgaga. Close to a cafe and bakery all within feet of the hotel. Parking is onsite and free! Best perk of the trip. Free breakfast was great as well and the staff were excellent and very accommodating. Have zero complaints. Rooms could have some updates, but everything was spotless.

The hotel is in a short walking distance to the market, shopping centre as well as the centre of town. Staff are very friendly, smiley and they do try their best to help you out. The hotel definitely needs a bathroom update. It was also very noisy (no insulation as old hotel) at night with the bakery next door baking as well as the hotel located on the main road so traffic noise. Not a huge breakfast but it will fill you up; the range is just enough. Coffee, even though from the machine, was not great at all.
