The place is beautiful but that’s about it. We didn’t know you needed swim caps to get in pool. Not very friendly about that or anything else. Like a ghost town and average age is 80. Which is fine unless you have children like we do.

Property wonderful, clean, safe, well maintained. Minor annoyances included -hotel requirement for caps in pool...they should provide [charge in room rate] or tell guests up front, -some staff in breakfast room need to be better trained.

Small rooms, poor a/c, poor service

Excellent hotel with great service and accommodations. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom supplies were a bit skimpy: one tiny square of soap and small bottle of body wash. (These were good quality, but we could have used a little more of them). Also, could be nice to have a washcloth included with the towels.

This was our third stay at Thermae Sylia and it was great, The hotel is a true 5 star, its relaxing and clean and the mineral water was changed every night to my surprise and pools were scrubbed thoroughly. The breakfast is great offering fresh natural juices and variety of foods. The staff were very professional and well deserve their rating. We will return.

Wonderful hotel, probably the best in Loutra Edipsou! Nice rooms with robes, tea and coffee, comfortable beds. Beautiful warm swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, with water aerobic class twice daily. Berakfast with plenty of choices.Room service offers quality food; try carob bread, its delicious ! Cant wait to come back.

An updated, clean and comfortable facility. The staff adheres to a strict Covid prevention protocol. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is very close to an outdoors natural hot water spring and pools. Elenie at the front desk is very professional and helpful. The spa staff is nice and available. I enjoyed a relaxing, short stay. The one big advantage is having all the spa facilities under one roof which is a great advantage on rainy days.

Can't be objective as the property is struggling to offer its services due to constraints C-19 has brought about.

Beautiful place and very clean. Staff was very friendly. The outside pool is half thermal water and half sea water. The inside pool is all thermal water. They empty and scrub their pools every night! The spa services are wonderful. One minor negative for this facility - gift shop was never open at the time posted on the door. Also, EXPEDIA needs to update the standard room to no balcony. All standard rooms are on the first floor and have windows but no balconies. I highly recommend this facility.

This natural health spa with healing waters is 5 minutes from the ROME airport. Easily the best airport hotel I have EVER stayed at. WOW

Excellent pool facilities. I would absolutely love this hotel and recommend it to everyone if it was more "family friendly", with facilities and staff for the children. As it was, the parents were fully responsible for keeping young children busy and quiet all the time, which was actually quite difficult and stressful.

This happened to be my first visit to Greece by myself and they made me feel at home. I plan on going back again next year. The city was empty from tourist so if you want to go and enjoy a quiet relaxing time go during the off season. I was able to get a number of spa treatments and enjoyed them ALL!

Hotel is the best part of Edipsos with completely different character from all others on Evia island.

Went for a couple of days pampering and this provides some truly unique opportunities to do so.

It was wonderful to stay there. The only thing was that our hair caps were charged at 3 euros and noone to,d us.
