Quiet centrally located excellent value for the money. Would stay here again.

Extreme noise of furniture moving through mid night and their response was people are leaving and the noise will end soon, 3 of us woke up due to it! More like a pension or motel than a hotel, feels like people also live in the building. Not what I expected for this price.

Old hotel, my stay was short, but I wanted to see the view from the top, and I was made to be very uncomfortable by what I guess was the manager of the restaurant. Nice view not worth the bad feeling ....

not very closed to viewpoint, 20-25 mins walking distance. But the hotel's roof terrace with restaurant is beautiful, five stars!

Walking around everywhere easily and it is great nearby the park and central area. Nice people and very helpful.

Parking arrangements at nearby Plaza de Espana lot were too complicated and not well communicated to guests

If you stay at this hotel make sure you do not stay on the 6th floor. On the 7th floor there is a restaurant and you hear the constant moving of chairs and tables. This is a great hotel other than that. Perfectly located but you do need to walk a bit to the free parking. With all this said I recommend this hotel anyway

Hotel is ideally situated for the old town if people have walking difficulties the bus is nearby for the old town every 15 mins. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay lots to see and do and eaten is some fantastic restaurants. The hotel was mediocre but a large room and clean, no view only brick walls and other rooms. Reception staff helpful and parking in car park very nearby which had an agreement with the hotel. I would class this as a 2star hotel.,

Location was central and staff was willing to accommodate us to give us a room with an amazing view!!! We enjoyed the friendly staff!!! Thanks for the wonderful pricing as well to make our stay an enjoyable one!!!👍

OK stay in centre of town

Great food in the restaurant for very good prices!

The hotel was well located for access to the town and within walking distance of the old town and Plaza Mayor. The receptionist was extremely helpful on check in. The room had a bar fridge which is always a bonus in hot climates and the room was comfortable although had no views (a brick wall!) which made it appear dark. Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday (and a festival day) and no restaurants in town, or the hotel restaurant opened until 10pm.

Cheap hotel. Great for overnight stay in Cuenca. Comfortable bed and tidy room but really needs brought into the 21st century. Good internet.

We stayed in an apartment room. Very comfortable and roomy. I would stay here again. There was a taxi area right outside the hotel. There were not always taxi's there however. When you arrive arrange for a taxi ahead of time to take you back to the train.
