Staff were very friendly and the hotel was simple, but clean. Breakfast was simple, but perfectly adequate. They have parking a small walk away. Can be confusing, but not terrible. Would recommend for a couple of nights.

Close to the old town but 6 minutes or so to park which is across from the train and bus stations. The train station is under construction so allow plenty of time.

We had 2 rooms for our family and they were clean and modern. I loved the great shower. The free breakfast was adequate but didn’t include hot food.

The hotel says it has parking at 11E per day. It isn't clear that you have to book this. The hotel is in ahistorical zone which is very difficult for cars. If you do not BOOK their parking you have to go to a public car park well away from the hotel.

Great for a first time visitor. Within easy reach of bus and train stations, key attractions, good restaurants and shopping. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was delightful with a beautiful bathroom and a Sauna! The bed was comfortable. We were there for three nights and we would return on our next visit.

The situation was fantastic — so close to the old historic centre. The staff at the reception were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and they gave us a superb recommendation for dinner that night. We hope to return.

The hotel location is great, right next to the old town and close to transportation. They also let you use bikes. Breakfast was OK. I found the room too simple for a claimed 4 star hotel, with very minimal equipment in the room. For a long stay, it may become an issue.

Hotel in central location, front desk very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of a mess only few spots of the hotel that are off-site in a uni parking, or you have to find street parking. Hotel in limited zone so you need to give the hotel your license place not to be fined. Our shower was weird as it was a tub but not curtain or door, so you had to shower against the wall not to flood the place…

The hotel is very convenient, central to city center.

Just stayed there until I got the keys to my new apartment. Convenient location, nice room with a very comfortable bed. Doors were constantly locked from the inside for no apparent reason which was somewhat frustrating.

The property is more concerned with their branding then with the condition of the rooms. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Self parking is 8 min walk from hotel directions to garage were a joke next to pizza place......no idea where that is because the roll downs are down and no signage. Water stains on walls broken shower the worst bed out of hundreds of hotel beds I slept in. The hotel was so uncomfortable I checked out early. When I went to check out ......I got a you are booked till tomorrow. I said I need a bed that I can sleep in. She said ok you owe room tax for 2 days and parking fees for 2 days. Mind you I only spent 1 night there.

Clean and quiet and great location! The staff and owner were very helpful and friendly, and spoke English.

The hotels was lovely, welcoming staff and we had the same room as the previous visit on 27th March It is very well kept and comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet and well laden tables are normal . The local bar is good and welcoming under the same name. It's in the middle of the old part of Trento whilst that adds to the charm it is also an encumbrance as paperwork has to be completed for vehicle access and there is only one small parking space nearby, although they have access to the parking at the University. If that paperwork isn't completed it is a 90 euro fine and that's an argument from my earlier visit and that was despite completing the paperwork and not something I wished to come home too!

Great time here. Got the room in the picture. Loads of space. Spotlessly clean, cosy, huge (firm) bed. Hotel position great, the downside is car parking but they do their best to work with you as the hotel is in a restricted access zone in the old part of town. Being there though you are in the middle of everything, all walkable, and Trento is well worth a visit. Even tried the hotels bar and were well catered for.
