There is no loading area for bags and the lot is tiny and akward. I parked 300 m away in a municipal garage for half the price. hotel reception seemed surprised that we arrived by car an had luggage though their lot was full.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel room was clean and was bigger than we expected. The hotel is also in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and the water front. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The room was nice, my only thing is I wish they had bath tubs, due to Restless legs. But was the only Thon hotel that offered wash clothes. Nothing like being able to wash your face evening and morning. The breakfast were great. one other major thing was carry Coke products

Totally disgusted with the unhelpful, unsmiling, cold receptionist. NEVER experienced any receptionist like it. Would easily have walked out of hotel felt so unwelcome! She doesn't deserve to be representing this hotel. Have stayed in tgis chain if hotels all over the world!
