Friendly welcome. Comfortable apartment. Convenient location.

Very clean and wonderful facilities - a washer and dryer! Though the heat pump didn't really get too warm and the plumbing was a little noisy (: Very lovely staff! I hope to visit again

Accom was great, central, quiet and clean. Did have an issue getting back into the property after going out for a meal and had to stand outside for approx 15mins waiting to be let back in. The intercom help was very very slow and I was grateful to have someone else with me as standing outside the hotel for that amount of time in the dark alone would have been frightening.

Was an amazing stay but noisy plumbing

Great family option in New Plymouth, huge adjoining rooms with kitchenette, laundry in room facilities and great location!

Comfortable and friendly staff

The top sheet on the bed had a dirty stain when we first moved in but it was dealt with the next day. The power was turned off one day when the room card was lifted. Replacement coffee had to be asked for twice.

Overall Excellent deal

Well equipped apartment with good range of facilities. Centrally located, walkable to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful modern hotel. Studios are big and well equip, personal is very nice. Clean and well situated. Don't hesitate.

There was confusion regarding the payment through a third party site and poor communication. There also was very little milk in the room available to make coffees for 2 people

Enjoyed our stay in Taranaki, great concert at the Bowl of Brooklyn & the festival of lights was fabulous...took us about 15 minutes to walk back to the Quest
