A little dated

Parking was perfect, room outstanding and we loved everything about our stay. I would stay Eve the hostess was incredible! I have not stayed anywhere that an employee made a great impression of a resort! Thank you

The staff were polite and helpful, room was big and had all the amenities needed. Place was clean and tidy. The restaurant was close by and food wasn't too bad, we'll definitely be coming back here.

We’ve stayed here every time we come to Byron Bay. Never disappoints. Eve, the manager, made the trip so amazing by her great hospitality. She helped me with many things and with a smile always. She made the experience this time extra special. Thanks Eve!

Location is excellent. Property is beautiful. Hotel is getting old but still a great place to stay.

This hotel was rather quirky and quite strange. The view over the pool and the beach were just as shown on their website in other words a fantastic view. The hotel looked a little bit dated with worn carpets and a shabby appearance. The room itself was pretty spacious, but it had polished concrete floors and tapestries on the walls which all looked incredibly dated. It really could do with a fairly major Refurb. On the positive side there was a free drinks voucher for the bar Next Door which we greatly appreciated and 10% of all food and drinks in that same bar which we used on a few occasions. Its location is fantastic right by the beach with lots of shops and restaurants and bars all around. There are also two electric car chargers in the underground garage which is especially beneficial if you were driving an electric car. It’s location is fantastic right by the beach with lots of shops and restaurants and bars all around. I’d recommend to stay there but I’d also recommend that the hotel seriously consider a Refurb.

Best place to stay in Byron Bay !

The position is great, the amenities are great and the staff are wonderful. Its just that the hotel is tired looking. It wouldnt stop us coming back but that the only thing I can fault.

This is the perfect location to explore Byron bay. Hotel has everything you need in a vibrant location with great access to the beach.

Lovely hotel, very good location near to beach, shops and restaurants without being noised. Very friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.
