Good day, Safety was the main reason. Felt safe . and Great Staff like Charles the F and B manager. made us welcome.

Easy to find and clean

well located hotel for P:inetown, helpful and attentive staff. Minor issues, sorted quickly and professionally

Even though I had my confirmation of booking the Hotel said they had no booking for us. Fortunately they had a room available. However tea, coffee, towels etc only set up for 1. Everytime we needed something we had to walk to reception as the phone did not work. The aircon is so loud u cannot hear the tv. Apparently they r all the same. Having said all of this the Staff are amazing and somehow make u want to go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent. Kindly indicate the check in time.

it was amazing, very well located, next to supermarket. The staff are very professional and friendly.

2 out of 4 people had a good stay but the other two had issues with hot water and very noisy airconditioners.

it was awesome but I was intimidated on Saturday when we were naked in the room then boom a lady that was cleaning before without knocking was so angry...

My stay was what we expected

It was peaceful, remarkable and fantastic

this are the words coming of my wife's mouth and not mine "honey youve done for me since we got married but booking this hotel id say you really delivered, this is remarkable, marvellous" when we get im going to recommend this to my colleagues, family and friends and september girls outing is going to be held here. this place is good for everyone, couples, family and friends and even a community group. looking for classy hotel at an affordable rateand quality of service. this is place for you.

Amazing

Very disappointing. Not what I was expecting. Very run down and need of a major uplift. Terrible wifi.

Hotel is very excellent,but they need to train the housekeepers to tone it down when doing thier job in the morning. (Very loud)and also try to tell customers as well
