From the moment we parked the car the staff was immensely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and so incredibly comfortable. Lastly, the location was perfect for access to the beauty of Old Town Montreal.

This hotel wasn’t cheap but it was worth what they charge. Great staff. The pool was very small, shallow and too crowded. There were some rowdy kids (grabbing at my daughter’s ankles underwater etc) and jumping into the very shallow pool with no regards to small children near him. The staff on site didn’t do anything; she was busy on her cellphone which was a bit disappointing. They ran out of towels and told me to get one from my room which wasn’t ideal. All in all, I would go back to this hotel again.

Loved our two night stay! Staff is exceptional, including the valet staff. Perfect location close to old Montreal but on a much quieter street. Super to metro and everything you'd need. Comfortable bed. No complaints!

The hotel is perfectly located in Old Montreal, walking distance from most attractions. Hotel was clean, bed was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Le Wetstin was perfectly located across from the convention center and a short stroll to Old Montreal with plenty of amazing restaurants. Well maintained and helpful staff.

Great room

Horrible experience - We were there for 2 nights at the end of a longer road trip. On our second night, guests in the adjoining room (which I had requested against) walked into our room in the middle of the night. We had to call security to address. They didn't call us back afterwards so we were left guessing. The stress of it all meant no sleep as we feared for the safety of our kids. While the door appeared to be locked, when we tested it again the following morning, the lock was faulty. Our family and belongings were unsecure during our entire stay. I've never been so anxious to leave a vacation after that experience. The emotional toll of it completely unraveled the rest and reenergize of the entire trip.

We traveled 2-3 times a year. Last year, we stayed at Le Westin as it's located in a good location and the hotel is clean. This year, we chose Le Westin again despite the price is a little bit higher than the Hilton next door. We checked in on Friday night but we didn't feel the staff were friendly. We didn't feel welcomed. We spoke to other staff, same didn't feel welcomed also. However, the staff was great when we checked out on Sunday. This might affect us to choose a hotel next time. Overall, the stay was fine.

Location Pool Spacious room

Everything was great for our family. We had the room with a separate living room with pullout bed so that worked out well for us. Only thing was that both of the fridges were freezing temperatures and we couldn't seem to change it so our stuff got frozen.

The Westin was a great place to spend the night. It is a hotel with an exceptional reputation and traveling all over the US, my first choice of stay is at a Westin. The only disappointment was that it is downtown but my wife and I walked around quite a bit and there were no restaurants/bars in the area at all.

Great location, near all the old town tourist locations, very close to good restaurants. Stay on higher floors or else you will hear the traffic and road noises from the window.
