The aromatic sent when arriving and entering the hotel is very strong, too much. Noise from the street outside was loud even past 10pm (and I was on the 8th floor). The staff is awesome. Great service from concierge and Gazette waiters. A nice stay.

The hotel was excellent, but they have contracted a valet parking company that lost my car key, damaging it since they towed it with another vehicle from the underground parking lot. In order to program a new key, our trip was affected since we couldn't do anything that day because we waited for them to fix the problem. And worst of all, they charged us for two days of parking. Now I have to waste my time asking for permission from my job without pay to take the vehicle in for repairs. They should change that company to one that takes responsibility for the damages they cause.

Easy location to lots that Montreal has to offer. Easy to walk to shopping and Old Montreal.

We (my adult daughter and myself) arrived at the Westin after leaving another hotel we found sorely lacking. The Westin was professional, CLEAN and works like a well oiled machine. Special thanks to the bartender (I cannot recall her name but it was a women) who KNEW HOW TO MAKE A DRY MARTINI without coaching. (This is a rare thing these days - trust me). I'll be back in May!

We had wonderful meals and service at the Gazette restaurant located in the hotel.

Did not have the room I had booked and separated the family. Was told it will at least be replaced eith interconnected rooms and when we got to the rooms, they were not. With three kids under the age of 9 already asleep at that time, decided to keep them. Not even sure what the purpose of prebooking is.

The property was close to where i needed to be. And customer service was good!

Valet were fantastic and the desk staff were very accomodating on a busy weekend.

Perfect location in center Montreal. Great staff, always helpful and kind. Cons: Valet parking costs a chunk, breakfast optional and overpriced.
