Es un hotel para familia, donde los padres priorizan más las actividades para los niños que la calidad de las habitaciones. En términos generales, está OK, pero no acorde al precio por noche. Las áreas comunes no están limpias, la piscina principal tiene moho en las orillas, el mantenimiento general necesita mejorar. Definitivamente es una opción para familias, pero nosotros no volveríamos.

We have stayed here several times, this one was the last one, not coming back. VERY bad service, the room was not even ready, poorly maintained, none of our requests were taken into account, we were charged so much more than our reservation. Price-quality is a joke. There were unwarned construction going on, no even table lamps on the room, no spa access, all the common areas are closed ridiculously early and so on…very far from what it used to be. I do not recommend this place anymore, stay somewhere else where the customers matter.

La habitación, preciosa. El hotel y los alrededores lindos. La señalización interna para ir de un lado a otro, es escasa sí, y confusa. Fui con mi mamá de 89 años, la piscina interior es chica, el alrededor de la misma también. Mi mamá camina sin problemas, pero la Piscina no es accesible para gente grande y sin ayuda, no hubiera podido entrar. Nosotras intentamos cenar a las siete de la tarde, en ese horario sólo es posible hacerlo en el Bar, el mismo tenía la música, como si fuera un crucero malo del Caribe, y un televisor enorme, sacando una luz que lastimaba. En un sitio familiar es ese lugar está demás y no condice con el resto. Por suerte, quienes trabajan, son muy amables, y a pesar de qué estaban preparando el restaurant nos dejaron cenar allí

I planned a one-night, romantic getaway with my wife, but Sofitel had other plans. First, this is supposed to be a 4 star resort, yet nobody greeted or open the door to welcome us. Upon check in, I asked about a restaurant for a romantic dinner. The front desk strongly suggested the hotel’s. After we checked in, they let us know our room was not ready yet and would be a few minutes. I thought that meant they were preparing it for our stay. 45 minutes later, we were given our room. Inside, it was hot - over 28 degrees. Immediately, I turned on the air conditioning to cool it down. The room was also a bit dirty. Clearly, not up to standards. After a half hour, the room had not cooled down, so we called the front desk. They told us to wait 20 minutes more and call back. We left and came back an hour later… still hot. We contacted the front desk again and they sent maintenance up to fix it. Which they somewhat did. It worked, but not well. A few hours later, we went down for our romantic dinner. The restaurant was brightly lit and there were children at every table. Plus, it was a buffet with a choice of four dishes. The cost of dinner was right about what I planed to spend for a nice, romantic dinner. Not for a buffet surrounded by kids running around. The dinner could not have been less romantic and we could not have been more misled. That night, the room was warm and stuffy and neither of us slept well.

La primera vez que fui y es un lujo!! Bowling, ping pong, pool y mas juegos todo incluido con la estadia, mas actividades acuaticas, la comida un 10 muy buenos chef, el staff siempre atento nos trataron como reyes y me reconocieron el estado VIP de expedia entonces tuve una botella de Sparkling White Wine gratis. Volveria sin dudas

I was charge 21% IVA, in spite of the regulation that foreigners paying with credit card outside Argentina does not have to pay it, hotel is nice but the whole argument about this issue ruined the stay....

Los mejores de todos, fan

Elevator wasn’t working. Did not received the complimentary champagne as advertised. Many area need new paint. Half the whirlpools didn’t work in spa area. This place needs new management asap. The overall experience felt like the management didn’t care and don’t understand the industry.

Used to be much better

When I arrived and the room key did not work as well as the balcony door, it was broken. I was forced to pay taxes upon arrival which was not clear at the moment of the reservation, incurring in an extra cost not planned. Lastly, on the 18th my plan was to stay all day in the facility after check out, but I was advised that same day that due to a private event all facilities were closed. If I knew beforehand I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel, I lost a whole vacation day

It needs more maintenance, in-depth and daily. How to be, the lock of the room broke, the elevator too. In a water mirror there was a dead pigeon, we had to notify the reception and only there they took it out

the hotel is excellent, the cleanliness and maintenance very good, swimming pool and landscape amazing, however the food is expensive and average, you can spend almost an hour just to get one sandwich, and don't have food service in the swimming pool. the restaurant is very poor, however The SPA even though a little bit expensive is Outstanding

Está muy venido abajo. El servicio es malo, fuimos con tres parejas un jueves y no tienen nadie que atienda en el Pool bar, ni siquiera alguien que atienda en el área piscina. Si querías un trago había que ir al restaurant muy incómodo. Se cortó la luz. Cenamos en el restaurant y el servicio era malo y la comida no era rica, y encima carísimo. No vale lo que cobran.
